They took no responsibility for the work done by their subcontractor (the concrete pourers) Their clean up consisted of taking their equipment and leaving. I'm still, 3 years later finding chunks of old concrete that they threw into my plants. The places where the driveway was "repaired" look worse than they did prior to the "repairs"
Description of Work: Total waste of my money. I wanted a decorative concrete front patio and driveway. I needed some concrete work done prior to that. Plants were totally ignored and killed. Wherever new concrete was poured I have massive cracks now. I found melon sized chunks of old concrete that had been thrown into my plants instead of being disposed of. Large patches of my grass died from the workers leaving 5 gallon paint jugs sitting on it for days. My water hose was used and left lying on the lawn. I spoke to Jerry about the plants and he said it wasnt his fault - it was the concrete pourers fault. He wouldnt admit he was responsible for their work. After saying he'd finished the job I asked about the boarder he said he would run along the driveway. He'd forgotten to put it in the contract and then charged me more for it. 3 years later my driveway looks horrible. Front porch still looks pretty good but I would never dream of hiring this company again.

Should have checked with Better Business Bureau before having Gary and Justine do this job. Creative Concrete Coatings Inc. has an "F" rating. After dealing with them I see how they got this rating. The job started going south shortly after they started. The application failed and the courtyard had to be redone several times. I checked with the manufacturer of the H&C cement products used and found Creative Concrete didn't follow product guidelines (temperatures/applications etc.) Got excuse after excuse for the lousy job. When the excuses ran out I got lied to. Gary and Justine didn't show when they were supposed to. Courtyard was left a mess and job was not completed as agreed to. Cant recommend this company.
Description of Work: Driveway and courtyard detailed with decorative concrete.
