Description of Work: They were called to investigate and fix a leak from the master bath tub. I wanted them to call when they resolved in order to resolve myself in the future. The plumber was extremely friendly and called me as requested. His prices were reasonable and he left all of the defective material for me. Since I live over 600 mile away, it became critical that the issue gets resolved in a timely manner and he did just that. I would recommend using this company again and plan to do so myself for a larger job later this year.

Description of Work: Butler Plumbing was recommended to us after our home warranty provider couldn't find a vendor (in a timely way) to replace our water heater. Butler office staff and technicians were great. I contacted them mid afternoon on Tuesday, and they were here at 9am the following day. Diagnosis was quick, and replacement cost was reasonable. The technician was very professional, and the work was completed the same day.
