+ -1 moreAlthough we ultimately decided not to go ahead with our project, we were very pleased with the responsiveness to our inquiry and the thoroughness of their proposal. Paul and Scott are very personable, as well. Would recommend others to check them out for their home improvement needs.

Do not hire this company! The owner is an emotional man who insists on the last word.
After the job was completed, he demanded money immediately .
I told him we would like to take a hard look at the work and pay him the next day. He would not hear it.
We paid him next day, even though we had some issues that needed his attention. But at this time we were ready to separate from him due to his tantrums.

We need a very difficult window repair on an old window that could not be easily replaced. Amazingly, they found the needed parts and got the window working perfectly. If they can do that, they can do anything. Also we’re on time and responsive, and did them work at a very fair price.

Description of Work: My bathroom & hallway floors, replaced tub/ shower components, made construction improvements & a part of a wall needed to be replaced. Paul came for the estimate and followed thru very professionally with the project. His team was there like he said they would they didn't disappoint. They left the job clean. They were very respectful of our home, he accommdated us and we liked that. Will we use him again? we sure will. I'm glad I went with Beach House Construction team. I recommend them you will not be disappointed.

+ -1 moreCalled several contractors to get estimates for a bathroom remodel. Paul got right back to us. Came over after his work day ended because it worked with my schedule! He gave a very though estimate in writing the very next day. Asked us a lot of questions to be sure he understood exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!
