 + 0 moreWe still only have about 85% of what they promised to deliver after 8 months. What we do have crashes on a regular basis. We can't even go 24 hours without the system crashing. Several parts of the system do not work at all. We are not sure if it is Control 4 which is totally unreliable or if Audio Video Outfitters doesn't know what they are doing.
Description of Work: We spent $175,000 with them to do an entire home automation system with Control 4. This included audio, video, camera's, security and lighting.

Since the system was installed responsiveness has been excellent. Duane, in particular, has made himself available at all times and addresses any problems or concerns immediately. He is a real asset to this business.
