clock repair
 + -1 moreIt has never run correctly since he returned it - the chimes ring too fast and now don't work at all. Of the three weights, the one in the middle had dropped all the way down while the right and left weights are still up in the air. . I have called him at least 3 times in the last 3 weeks and he has not returned my calls. The last time he was here, he said his work was guaranteed for one year. What a joke that is, when he refuses to get back to me.When I called another clock repair company, they asked if the former repairman "has a long ponytail" and when I said "yes" they said they get lots of calls from his disgruntled customers. And that he does terrible work.
Description of Work: He first came out to repair grandfather clock on 4/25/13 and had to come back on 5/2/13 , at which time he took it apart and brought it to his "shop" to clean and oil it. It had stopped working completely.

 + -1 moreThe clock was droppedof at his home in June of 2012. After many calls and visits and with many excuses from the clock Dr. He stopped responding. I have learned that he has done this many times and made many court experiences. Don't use him
