I am a local real estate agent and have used Alpha & Omega Home Inspections for years professionally and more recently for our personal home which we just renovated. Joe Funderburk (Inspector) did the pre dry wall inspection as well as the final inspection and did a great and very thorough job. Trust him very much. Very much endorse their services to others in need of home inspections.

Joe was extremely thorough. Despite it being a brand new house, he found a lot of issues, many of which you wouldn't even think about. He went above and beyond to help me understand why things were not right. I will be recommending him to my friends.

Alpha & Omega Home Inspections LLC provided us with a very detailed home inspection that gave us all of the information that we were looking for and more. Joe is a fantastic inspector and a true professional. I have used Joe to inspect 3 different properties. His inspection reports are extremely thorough, but also very clear and understandable and delivered in a timely manner. It went very well. Joe was flexible in his scheduling and arrived a little early to begin the inspection. He was very systematic and thorough in his inspection and informed me of specific issues ahead of time. Joe provided a summary and full report, both of which were complete and helpful.

Joe from Alpha and Omega home inspectors was absolutely fantastic! He reviewed two properties for me and was extremely thorough. He explained things so that I could clearly understand the issues that needed to be fixed, provided an extremely detailed report and was extremely pleasant to work with. Joe did an amazing job in inspecting our home. He was very thorough and meticulous in his review and sent really clear and helpful reports in a very timely way. I couldn't have asked for a better engagement here and now have peace of mind that he got under the surface to find improvements needed before we move in to the home.

Joe arrived early and set up and was very thorough and took the time to go over the most glaring issues as they were observed. He provided the report quick in both long form and summary to send to listing agent/seller. He responded to me quickly for questions and updates. I found Joe on Angie's list and two items convinced me 1) his website and 2) the one negative review. I saw the negative review on two websites and Joe responded in both instances with the same information, but not copy and paste and I appreciated that.

I would recommend hiring Joe to anyone looking to purchase real estate property. Joe is a knowledgeable professional with an extensive resume. His reports are timely, detailed, and help prospective buyers make informed decisions prior to purchasing property. My husband hired another inspector to inspect our home prior to purchasing the property. He came to our home on two occasions but failed to identify serious problems with our home, screened in porch, and upstairs deck. About three months after we purchased the home we noticed that two of the windows in our sunroom were broken and saw signs of water intrusion on the ceiling of our screened in porch and the ceiling of the dinette area in our kitchen. The seller did not disclose any previous issues with our home. I found myself in need of a knowledgeable inspector to let me know what I was dealing with. I looked on Angie's List and found Joe. I hired him because his resume was impressive and he had more reviews than any other inspector. Joe found multiple major issues that the pre purchase home inspector missed. Joe told my husband and I not to walk on our upstairs deck. If Joe did not tell me that it was dangerous to walk on my deck, my husband and I could have been seriously injured. If I had hired Joe from the start, I never would have purchased my home. Joe contacted me several times after he inspected my home and offered to help me in anyway that he could. I am so grateful that he took the time. I will be hiring Joe to assist me with all future real estate purchases.

Joe was awesome, he was extremely professional and thorough! Very easy to contact and communicate with. He went over his findings with me at the home and later on went into further explanations of my inspection summary. Joe helped me fully understand everything and I will absolutely hire him again!!

Called and texted the company and did not receive a response. As a home inspection during the due diligence period must be performed in a timely manner we ended up hiring someone else. Definitely not impressed with this vendor.

Joe is the best, he saved me from buying a house with a major defect that sellers didn’t want to fix the correct way in order to save money. He is very thorough, he doesn’t miss a thing! I will highly recommend Joe, I will hire Joe again eyes closed! When I consulted with a Structual engineer following realtor’s advice the engineer asked who was the inspector, when I told him it was Joe the engineer said if Joe said something in the house is wrong “you can bank on it”

The pre-listing inspection we had really helped with our sale and we only had 2 (minor) items to fix from the buyer's inspection. Joe's feedback on a couple of the other items from our buyer's inspection were greatly appreciated as well. A few of those were non-issues and not contested. Joe's availability to answer questions well after he inspected our house was very helpful. Joe's thorough inspection on the house we purchased is appreciated and a lot of the items were fixed. He was very upfront and honest about the items he observed. Joe also was quick to reply on any further questions I had. I appreciate Joe's work, professionalism and availability to answer further questions.

Their service was first class, they provide you relevant information, he showed up on time, fair in price and he did a thorough, complete and detailed job. He also follow up with some pending services and I highly recommend them to others.

Joe was very professional from the time I called to get a quote to the email I received with my inspection report. Joe gave me several options to schedule the inspection and I was able to get all three inspections done with his company. He is VERY thorough and I felt like I had a very good idea of the issues with the home I was looking to purchase. I would definetly hire him for my inspections needs.

My experience working with Joe was great. His communications were clear, he was punctual, the inspection and report were thorough, he was knowledgeable about all the house systems, and to top it off he was very nice. My property had been un-lived in for many years and he accounted for this in his inspection. I really appreciate the pictures he took with his FLIR camera and the details included in the report about how things could be updated to bring them up to current standards.

Joe did an excellent job. He pointed out a number of things that needed to be addressed that I would have not caught. In the long run it was money well spent.

Built a house through a builder and needed a home inspection. I went back and forth since it was a new home, but relented and called to see if Joe was available. Fortunately he was available and was able to come out and do his thing. Ultimately he verified quite a few things I already knew, but also found a handful of things that would end up causing issues in the long-run. I was able to get that punchlist to my builder, and hopefully they'll be able to address all of it before we close. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks Joe!

Joe did a good job on my pre drywall inspection. I plan to use him again for my final walkthrough inspection.
