WILSON SEPTIC TANK SVC

I had a terrible emergency at 6 PM on Saturday afternoon - my septic was full so all of my tubs and sinks were full of sewage that backed up in my house!! I was distraught because I was in fear that I wouldn't be able to get anybody that late on a Saturday, but prayed I would because my house was horrible. There was no way we were going to be able to stay in the house. I called numerous companies that I either got voicemail or I got a human being that was of no help at all. I spoke with one woman that LAUGHED at me!! Then I called Wilson in Hartsville. They are a God send!! The lady that answered the phone was not only courteous, she was very empathetic and said that her guys had just gotten off for the day, but to give her a few minutes to make some calls. Within 5 or 10 minutes one of her workers called me and said as soon as he could go get the truck and his partner got there he would be on his way!! This was at around 6:45!! They arrived around 7:15, pumped out my tank, but one of my tubs still would not drain. These guys went far above and beyond what they came to do - they went under my house, took pipes apart until they found the clog, they removed the clog and my drains are working better than they have in years!! If you want the best you absolutely need to call these folks!! I won't ever use anyone else ever again!! I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for what they did for me. One of the guys had even made plans with his family that he postponed to come to my aid. You don't find people like that anymore very often. I am just so thankful I did on Saturday!!

Work went well. Courteous and hard working.

Needed my septic tank pumped, called them and the guys were here within 90 minutes. The guys knew what they were doing and wasted no time. They answered all my questions. The reason for a and quot;Band quot; on quality and price is that the truck had a problem with its pump which made it take much longer, and they were not able to completely empty the tank. Maybe left 12and quot;-18and quot; in the tank. One of the guys did drop the price $20, but I am some what disappointed the tank was not completely cleaned. This was not the guys fault and I am completely satisfied with the two guys that came out. I can't say I would use them again, because in my opinion, to send out equipment like that (with apparently no back up) is not a great way to do business.

Prompt, cheerful and courteous. Called for estimate at around 2pm, said they could be at our home around 4:30 the same day. Phone estimate was EXACTLY what was billed. Our septic tank had never been emptied (10+ years), we called thinking it was past due to be done, and we were having some slow drainage issues. They gave some helpful suggestion to improve our septic tank "maintanence". They were also helpful in showing us that our slow drainage of showers and sinks was not due to a "full" septic tank but rather pointed out a drainage line in need of repair by a plumber due to angle causing slow drainage into septic system. We would have never seen the line had they not showed us since they were doing the "digging". We will use them again and would gladly reccomend. Also, as a side note...Estimate was $180 if we dug up the dirt before the emptying and after completion. $200 if they did everything. $20 was well worth the hassle-free, labor-free experience.
