They are the best! I called 3 different companies on a Sunday. They are the only one that returned my call, today is Tuesday. They arrived Monday diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had us up and running before noon on Tuesday. They were kind, efficient, timely, cleaned up any mess, and charged a fare price. Took all other phone numbers out of my cell phone. Next time I will only call them. Thank you so much!!

I was very pleased with the price and how they explained everything that was happening with my equipment. I didnâ t actually see them work but when I got home my son said they explained everything to him as well. Bonus points for calling to check on how things were running. I would highly recommend.

They were very professional and personable. Educated me on our well and pump system and how it works and what to look for. They had what we needed in their truck and serviced and repaired everything in an hour and a half. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars on value is that I didn't really get to shop around for prices. When you have a problem with the water in your house, you kinda need it fixed right away. Would hire them again.

Sutton Well and Pump crew were AMAZING! I made several phone calls to other businesses trying to get help with no success. I finally used Home Advisor who recommended them, provided them my information which they used to contact me... They arrived an hour earlier than expected, assessed the situation and provided recommendations and pricing for repairs. I ended up replacing my water tank, pressure gauge, pressure control switch and check valve... We went from low/no water pressure in the house to full pressure... Crew was friendly, professional and worked as a team to complete the necessary repairs... This will definitely be my #1 crew for any future well or pump related issues... 5 Star Rating!! Thank you Home Advisor for recommending Sutton Well and Pump... They were AMAZING!!
