they did a good job. They hired out a contractor the do the work. They installed the unit with no problem but could not get the unit to operate with the new thermostat. MKA sent one of their technicians over to finish the job. MKA employees installed the duct work and a new return for the new unit. They did a very good job. I was very pleased with the price on the new gas pack unit and replacement of the duct work.

No one ever returned my call so I never got a quote from MKA. I would not recommend this company.

I did not have enough heat in my house. Kirk Atkins came out to my house to check the vents. He pulled out a thermometer and said I did have heat and he just said I didn't know how to use it, called me stupid, and laughed in my face and walked out. He sent me a bill for the services and I called the company back and told them they shouldn't charge me as it was under warranty. They said I don't have a warranty but I know I did and I paid for it. I said I would never use the service again. About a month later, I found a copy of the warranty but did not call him back because he was very rude to me and did not check to see if there were any parts not working. I got another contractor to come out and they fixed my heat.

Cats were tearing apart my flexible duct work. Came out and gave me a quote and when I received the final bill it was exactly as quoted. Workers were very prompt and professional.

They are usually here and do what they are supposed to do. I would continue to use them.

I have been using them since I moved here. They are usually pretty prompt and you can get service within a day. They will always come back if it isn't working right. They are dependable.
