GAINEY'S HEATING & COOLING

This company is great! We had our AC go out (South Carolina in July) and we needed a whole new unit. They came out the same day and replaced our whole system. The guys were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Gainey's was great. Very friendly and helpful. They arrived exactly on time both when they came for the evaluation and also for the installation. Installation was very fast and efficient. My only complaint was that I had to contact them several days after they came for the evaluation and quote. They could have been a little more prompt in getting back with me. But, overall I am extremely satisfied with Gainey's Heating and Air. Would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional. They had to do a complete overhaul as many parts were rusted. They had to come out on three separate days and even ordered a part that they didn't have in stock. They also gave me a choice of replacing it with another gas pipe or switch to a heat pump as electric heat is cheaper than gas heat. However, the electric pump works a little slower so I decided to wait since he said they may come with more improvements. He said it may last two or three more years so I went for the option to wait. I was very impressed by his knowledge. I was also very impressed by their clean-up and I have better heat than I've ever had before.

They were excellent. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Our heat was out week before Christmas and we have a 2 year old. I called to get an estimate, none of the specialists were there. I left a message with the receptionist. She said someone would call to set up a appointment for an estimate. Never received a call back from them.

They did a great job. They were prompt and went above and beyond. They offered a reasonable price.

They are dependable and I meet the owner, Mike Gainey, on the street and we speak together; it's cool. He can get me in the schedule quickly and have saved us a lot of money. I thought I would have to revise the duct system in my house when I bought it but he told me I did not need to do it.

We had a problem in the cold weather and we called him that evening and we told him that we are having a problem and we were still getting some heat, and they were here the next morning. We were well pleased with it.

They installed the system and their price is wonderful. The quality of the service is wonderful. They are good. They are clean. They saved me bunch of money when they first installed the system. We purchased the house and to replace the gas pack. They were excellent. I would use them in the future.

They were wonderful. They came out promptly though it was the end of the day. The technician knew immediately what was wrong and was able to get to the store in town where he needed to buy the parts before they closed. He got the parts, came back to the house and had it put back on our units; he had the unit up and running. We have two air conditioning units for our house and that controlled the other side of the house and that was wonderful especially because it was so hot in March.

I have used them for approximately 30 years. The price is reasonable, the usually show up when they say they will; they always do what they say they are going to do. I've had no problems. I will continue to use them again.
