Doug is a fabulous cleaner, and he is the kind of person that I would ever want to find in my life. It is a team of brothers actually, and they come by themselves. Doug will stay here and get things cleaned. If there is a spot, he will stay to try to get it out regardless and will work on it for as long as it takes. He got furniture cleaned that I did not think could get cleaned. He is very nice and professional and comes when he is supposed to. He cleans up after himself and does not make a mess. He is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had other people here that were not good and have actually ruined the rugs. He takes his time, and the rug is actually clean when he is done. I have used him for years. The last time around, I paid $200 to get a few rooms done. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.
