Description of Work: Replaced attic door & stairs;had to custom build. Carpentry - would hire again. |Painted front porch roof/3 doors inside & out. Didn't tape off windows, ruined plexiglass windows in door frame (didn't know it wasn't glass!?) Said if I bought the glass, they would put it in (charged me for it) had paned glass in doors that had to be completely scrapped; I ended up doing it. Quoted painting bedrooms; extremely high. | |As stated, I would use them for carpentry, definitely not for painting. | |Returned calls promptly, but pretty much showed up hours after planned time & when they took lunch, you never knew how long they'd be gone (from 1 to 3 hours). If you use them, get everything in writing.

Description of Work: Called this company for a quote, set a date for Friday the 19th. The 19th came and went---no contact from the contractor. Too bad, I had a lot for them to do. I will go elsewhere for my renovations.

Description of Work: Replaced a backdoor and sliding that had been seared by fire. Established a water cut off to home. Replaced a water spigot. Installed a drain in septic tank for dumping RV black water tank.

Description of Work: Asked for price quote for re roofing and exterior painting of an older (1910) house. Perez came several times to take the information to calculate his bid. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His bid on roofing was very competitive but just a little high. I decided to use a different approach to having the exterior painted. If I had used the standard approach to repainting I would have used Perez.

From start to finish Perez and his crew consistently went the extra mile to overcome any challenge, and i found him to take pride in his workmanship. Anyone looking for a courteous professional, give Perez Graham a call!

Description of Work: Mr. Graham came and took over where Sears was floundering in getting my stackable washer and dryer installed.i had bought a new kenmore washer to replace an LG washer that was stacked. Sears made two attempts and then put my job out another week. I called Mr. Graham and explained my problem. It was solved by him in 4 days. Sears first delivered the washer on 7/24.

+ 4 moreHe's done a lot of outdoor work for us around the house. He's about to some outdoor painting in our house. His name is Perez Graham. They just stopped by to leave some equipment today. He's done a lot of different work. He has build on a room and done some major repairs. He has completely renovated a bathroom and installed a new tub. He just can do all kinds of things like that around the house. He has done some indoor painting too. We are very happy with Perez. One good thing about Perez is that he knows just about all the workers around here. If he needs help with something that he's not as profession at, he can always get another guy to help him. The exterior painting is extremely well done.
Description of Work: We used Discount Renovations to do a lot of work for us around the house. Painted the entire exterior of the house and made necessary repairs before the painting.

Description of Work: I have employed Perez Graham to do a number of projects over the last two months. These projects involved carpentry, basic electrical work and painting. Specifically, he fixed a living room ceiling, replaced windows, replaced many trim boards on the outside of the house, renovated wood shutters, and completely renovated a bathroom. I have found Mr. Graham to be professional in all of his activities. 1.He is competent – the work has been done very well. 2.He is extremely reliable – he does what he says he will do. 3.He has a pleasant demeanor – he is very easy to deal with personally. 4.His renovation of the bathroom is a sight to see.
