But I have been told by other contractors that they area is not dug properly and the plastic and rebar need to be spread in the area where building is to be built. The rebar and plastic are sitting in puddles of mud where it has rained over the months and Trey has not bothered to move. Rebar has grass and weeds growing over it. Plastic is becoming useless as it deteriorates in the sun and mud."
