+ -1 moreI would advise going over any estimates form this company with a fine tooth comb.
Description of Work: I received a quote for a backyard project and noticed that some of the line items did not reflect the quantity of work. A retaining wall was listed as 10 times the actual length. When this was pointed out to the salesperson, a revised estimate was received, but the dollars saved on the retaining wall estimate were merely shifted to another part of the project.

+ -1 moreThe planning and the choosing of the brick pattern went well. The men arrived and did their jobs. When it was completed, I called Lisa B. to get more sand for the spaces between the bricks and to have someone do something about the sloppy and irregular cement work that was put in as the brick retainer around the outside of the patio. Someone did come over to look at they problem, and I was told it would be taken care of. It was not. Repeated calls to Lisa B. have been ignored.
Description of Work: Old patio jackhammered and removed and new brick patio laid down. The new brick patio was about 33% larger than the former patio.

+ -1 moreThe picking up and laying down went pretty well. They were short of sand filler, but did make some of that up, but not all. The concrete edge was uneven at spots and was not rectified (easily done) after two calls and a workman coming out to inspect. Asked for care of the pavers, particularly handling mildew, and calls not returned. Had front driveway measured for pavers and no call with estimate.
Description of Work: Old patio taken up and a paver patio laid down.
