+ -1 moreFive installers showed up on time & worked very hard. They were very pleasant to deal with & did a beautiful job. One closet needed a few pieces revised as they were cut a bit short, and I was afraid the quarter round I installed afterwards might not hide the gap. They fixed the problem immediately. Workers actually seemed to enjoy working together & had their acts together with the flooring. Ivan's Flooring is used by the floor company I purchased the flooring from, so I knew they must be good. No dissapointments. I would highly recommend them to install your wood flooring.
Description of Work: Had 1200 sf at $2.50 per foot of glue-down hardwood flooring installed over concrete. (Several weeks afterwards, I had them install about 60 sf of Travertine flooring). This cost didn't include removal of some areas of glued down hardwood that was present in the house. I removed the hardwood areas myself over the course of several weeks, and was instructed to scrape all glue remnants before the new flooring was installed. I was not able to completely remove all glue. The guys finished sanding off the remnants without charging extra money. Maybe since I removed the carpet myself - when their price included this feature, they decided not to charge any extra. I really appreciated that!
