They respected my home and cleaned up everyday. I called around and went with this company because the communication was clear and they gave me the best quote! Scott did a great job. He pays attention to details. Scott shows up when he says he will. His pricing was very fair and worth the quality. No question Scott will be the first I call for painting.

I had 4 contractors bid the work required on the soffit and fasica boards. Do to the height of the house most contractors wanted to gouge me on cost. I met with Scott and he reveiwed the work and proivded me with a written quote within one day (a reasonable quote!!!!). I needed the work done ASAP, Scott agreed to work on the weekend to accomplish the work in the time frame needed without any additonal cost. Scott and his crew showed up on time, did a excellent job, and completed in the time frame agreed upon. A few weeks later I contracted S and S to replace my mositure barrier under my house, and again he was the most reasonable cost and the work was complete as agreed upon. I would recommend S and S Restoration and Renovation.

The paint job was great. The quote changed by the end of the job. We never received a written contract only a verbal quote even though a written contract was requested. They left all the empty paint cans in our trash can. The biggest problem was they took longer than originally quoted to complete the job. They took and additional 2.5 weeks and in that additional time most days they would show up late and take long breaks in excess of 2 hours. Some days no one was at the job at all. One of his employees even allowed their family members to tour our home. If you hire this company get all quotes in writing and ensure both parties are in agreement. When final payment comes around you will be covered and have all agreements in writing. Ensure the quote includes all parts, labor, cleaning, and disposal. Make sure you get it in writing all items included in the bid and a breakdown of pricing to include parts and labor.

The first appointment he was an hour late. I commented on how I would appreciated a call, and he said was not able to do that. I only had a limited time since I had a doctor's appointment. He was supposed to come five days later and he never showed up or called back. I never called them back because I was angry at their service.
