On June 17th 2022 O&R heating and air came to fix our air conditioner we walked over to the outside unit he looked at it said there was some leak and said he patched it and then put freon in our air conditioner unit charged me $577.49 and left. (He was at my house for less than 10 minutes) never came in the house looked in the attic at the upstairs air conditioner unit never checked to see at the air was cool within 24 hours our air conditioner did not work again call him to come back out he came out the next day which I was not home we asked him to call before he came and he didn't let my son let him in and said he went in the attic was up there for 2 seconds and then left we never heard from him I reached out to him and he said I needed a new air conditioner unit . We called Air Tech heating and air came fixed the leak and actually change the part that needed to be changed (see photo) and some other things and put freon in it and only charged us $388. We called O&R asked for a refund and he refused.

Orlando was referred to me by my supervisor. When he came over that afternoon he was clean didn't look like he had worked at all that day period went up into my attic came down with pictures and a video and told me that my furnace was cracked probably leaking gas, and therefore refuse to work on it. He took my $80 and left period that same afternoon I got a second opinion from a nice man named Ernie Collins. Turns out it was my flame sensor. Orlando purposefully came over with the single intent to take money from an unsuspecting Mark. He had no tools with him. He didn't even try. I contacted him and told him that his diagnosis was wrong and that I would appreciate my service call money back as Ernie Collins didn't charge me anything he found and fixed the problem which was very small. Orlando continues to give me the runaround . He is actually blaming it on me now. I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. I would certainly never ever recommend him. Buyer beware

My air conditioning unit stopped working. They came out right away. Great customer service. I have nothing negative to say about them. I would definitely use them again. I give them A's across the board.
