Contacted provider 1 June 2015 who then sent "tech" to evaluate job 5 June 2015. Tech promised to submit a proposal within a day or two. Had not received proposal by 6/15/2015 so called provider/tech (Sean Connelly) and left message that I was still looking for a proposal. Received proposal via email 6/17/2015. Estimate given by Mr Connelly was anywhere from 80% to 200% higher than other competitors. I responded and thanked Mr Connelly for the proposal 6/17/2015 and informed him that his estimate was the highest that I had received up to this time and, therefore I could no longer considering MSC Construction for the job.

I spoke to Sean Connolly on 03/16/2015 regarding getting an estimate for work to be done. He said he would come by on 03/25/2015 at 9am. He did not show up nor did he call. I moved on to another business.

Kitchen remodeling MSC Construction replaced our kitchen countertop, backsplash, and flooring this spring. The bid was very detailed and priced by task and material. We received professional advice concerning the granite countertop and brushed nickel sink and the installer removed and replaced that in less than two hours. The flooring process revealed some subfloor water damage that MSC repaired, the floor tile team leveled the floor and did what has proven to be a perfect installation. Mr. Connolly did not think replacing the previous baseboard looked like he thought it should, so he replaced it with new material at no additional cost. The cleanup each night was beyond our expectations, and the final job was totally satisfactory. I give MSC Construction my highest recommendation. Bath remodeling MSC Construction renovated our three bathrooms last year. In the master bath, they removed the tub and installed a tiled walk-in shower, tile flooring, and granite vanity. They gave professional advice concerning showerhead and controls as well as faucets for the sink. In the second bath they removed the tub and installed a Jacuzzi, tile flooring, and granite vanity, which has become a very special unwinding room at the end of a busy week. The third bath they removed a 36? shower stall, enlarged the opening, and installed a 60? walk-in shower, matching the showerhead, controls, and vanity in the other baths. The daily cleanup topped anything I had ever seen, and we have had zero issues of any kind. I give MSC Construction an A+ for this project.

Roof replacement MSC Construction replaced our roof two years ago. The bid was broken down in detail with the price for each line item. The removal was done in a day and the cleanup was amazing – could not find even one roofing nail or piece of a shingle even in the flowerbeds underneath the eaves! They replaced the flashing around the chimney, repaired some minor water damage to the underlayment, and laid the new shingles in a day. Again, the cleanup was immaculate.
