Very prompt! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly technician (Caleb). Communication is great and they were always on time. Bat problem was eliminated according to schedule with no recurrence. Follow-up was provided with no bat intrusion identified. My son is a property manager and felt the price was very fair compared to what he has paid in the past. I highly recommend this company!

This company has a very credentialed, experienced business owner that, in my opinion, sorely lacks in interpersonal relations. We had many questions/concerns. When we expressed them in email he was confrontational. In efforts to resolve misunderstanding that can result from email dialogue with an in person meeting which we had NEVER had, he still chose to end the contract despite efforts at better understanding in person. In my opinion, he was a petulant child that chose to take his toys and go home because he did not like the questions/concerns about his process. As long as you simply do what he says, TRUST his process and pay him, my guess is you will be alright. This is our opinion and impression rooted in our own recent experience. Having my own degree in business, I know that a good business owner seeks greater understanding of customer concerns, is especially adept at resolving indifference and has a balanced Emotional Intelligence. This is my first time actually seeing a business that fails to connect with a customer.

I have only had my first service. So far so good Iâ m anticipating good things Caleb was very courteous, friendly, and respectful.

They were very prompt with their initial response, have done what they said they were going to do and give me frequent updates on the progress of their work. They keep their scheduled appointments.

Update (8/14/2023): Metro Wildlife has kept the moles away. All technicians who have serviced our property since I first hired Metro have been prompt, courteous and thorough; followed by a full explanation of the work performed.

These guys are truly exceptional. Now, you can stop reading here, or strap in and continue on if you want a real, in-depth account of the experience. Still here? Ok, here we go. They came out same-day (Friday evening, no less!) when I had a squirrel trapped in my attic (a mistake made by another company). They even responded immediately (within 5 minutes, no joke) when I reached out on Saturday night due to the little guy getting too rowdy for comfort. It was a wild night, but by Sunday afternoon, it got quiet. Problem solved! ... -ish. Monday, they came back to check my attic because they were suspicious of some of the sounds I had described over the weekend. Well sure as <expletive>, they found a rat up there. Faaaantastic... but so it goes. They took pictures of every possible point of entry (which they sent to me) and even used a battery-opped, motion-triggered camera to determine the level and location of activity. Not like they needed it, though... Caleb predicted where they were going, and was spot-on. The videos were spooky to see, sure, but what a way to use modern tech! Now for the fun part... based on their documentation, not only did they give me multiple options (and transparency on their pricing), but they were patient while I decided. They offered tons of knowledge and experience, and didnâ t charge me extra for finding multiple critters (or my myriad questions of which, if you can't guess based on the loquaciousness of my review, there were many). Caleb then did a full exclusion and removal and explained the entire strategy to me. This whole time, he came back every 2-3 days to check the progress. Caleb and Ryan also provided text alerts for all the appointments (again with the perfect use of everyday available tech). They also offered bait stations and monthly/on-call follow-up plan. They were both very accommodating, understanding, and professional (and used face coverings indoors - thank you!). They considered my petsâ safety as well, so bonus points there. It was expensive, yes. But it was less than the competition, and well worth the investment. Would recommend and would definitely hire them for another property if I had one. I canâ t believe it took less than 2 weeks to fix a problem Iâ ve been trying to resolve for almost 2 months. Thank you so much, guys! Caleb deserves a raise and vacation. Seriously... THANK YOU.

Very competent, very professional company and staff. They responded quickly to my call, and on their assessment outlined a plan, the price, and a timeline for the work. They exceeded all of my expectations, The tech, Caleb, was very thorough and knowledgeable, and the manager, Ryan, provided a clear definition for their pricing. They aren't cheap, but unless you want to go to some random guy working out of the back of his pickup, then these are your guys.

technician came every day and set multiple traps for squirrels we had in our attic. Never saw any evidence the squirrels were trapped, but after about 10 days we ceased hearing any more activity in the attic. He sealed up multiple holes in our eaves squirrels may have been using for access, Did get multiple daily email updates from the technician, probably more than needed actually. Also, received confusing invoices from them. All was resolved with a phone call. Their price seemed like a lot for what work they needed to do, but in the end worth it to be rid of the problem. Would recommend!

Ryan was professional and efficient both on the phone and in person. Did good free evaluation of situation, recommended a solution and then provided the service the same day. Explained at length what he was doing and why, and insisted we are to call him back if the problem is not resolved. We were pleased with his work and his work ethic. Highly recommend!
