Excel Plumbing Co

Was in middle of replacing roof. We started taking down the water heater and couldn't figure out pipes and turn off. I called Ed and he offered to come right out. Super friendly. Unbeknownst to me, the roofer had brought a plumber and got there first. Ed had already started driving about 1/3 of way but was very gracious when I called to apologize and cancel. I couldn't believe he didn't get nasty about it since he had just dropped everything to come over and help. I feel like I've got my permanent plumber to use now: Ed with Excel Plumbing

Called back within a couple of hours. Provided the service the same day.

It went INCREDIBLE!!! Mr. Ed Doar absolutely knows what he is doing. It took him 1 hour and 11 minutes to unbox, haul upstairs & professionally install my toilet. He even caulked around the base of it. He is very courteous, removed the old toilet for disposal & cleaned up like he'd never beer there. I would recommend Ed to anyone with a plumbing project or problem. If 5 stars is highest rating, he gets 6 in my book.

Really nice guy, prompt, and knowledgeable came to fix a shower that we spent four hours trying to fix ourselves. Of course, he did it in WAY less time.

The person that came out had a good personality. He made the pieces that he needed in the back of his van so I will be calling them for more repairs. He said he does not live that far from the town I live in and I can't beat his price. I called two companies to see if they would come out but Excel was the only company to respond to my inquiry. He said he was on his way and he got here and put on the clothes he needed to work.

The service provided went extremely well. We called Ed on one day and he came the next day when he installed our utility sink. He told us he would need to come and see the space where we wanted to have our sink installed. He came to the house the next day, reviewed the product and the space and quoted us a price for the job. We set a date for him to return and he was prompt and worked without complaint, even though the job entailed more than he expected. When he completed the job he charged the original quote even though he worked two hours more than he had planned. When we had problems with our kitchen faucet the first time, he came to the house the next day and fixed the problem though he could not guarantee future problems due to the faucet damage. When the problem continued, we called him on the week-end and he told us what to buy and scheduled to install the new faucet on Monday early in the morning. He called from the road saying he would be 10 minutes late. He installed the new faucet without problems.
