Did a very good job of cleaning! Personable, kind, generous. I hope to have this company back for de-cluttering and more cleaning! Love walking barefoot on my hardwood, and it feeling so clean!

First, they came in and did a run-through with what we wanted them to clean and asked questions about items they were unsure of. They did everything we asked and were friendly while they were cleaning. They were professional but communicated well among themselves acting like a team.

showed up on time, got right to work, did a thorough, and high-quality job, to get us ready for a regular cleaning visit. had them clean 2 refrigerators also, great job, spotless. after the initial, called to set up regular cleaning.

They were hardworking, courteous, and professional.

I have used them about 3 times since the first time. I liked their professional, they do their job very well, they are always on time, or if for some reason they are running late, she always calls and lets me know. The only thing I don't like is that I wasn't here, but my husband said that one of the cleaners came here with a confederate flag tshirt on. That kind of bothered him.

They showed up a little late. They worked quickly. I would have appreciated a little more detail in the cleaning. The shower heads were not cleaned at all. They were friendly.

Laura and her team were amazing. My house is a large 5 bedroom, 3 full bath house and I do not clean often at all. With full time jobs, two large dogs and a super active toddler my housecleaning is ultimately neglected. This company has done an amazing job for a more than fair price. Each and every room is immaculately cleaned and in some cases organized. Those fan blades and windows that I never get to are sparkling and dust free and in most cases you can tell that the furniture was moved to clean more thoroughly. I am so happy to be home and enjoy my very clean home right now. Laura was very responsive and super attentive to my needs and many questions. I would advise anyone to use Domestic Divas of Charleston and I will continue to use them going forward.

.....arrived on time(2 women) said it was $69 for 1 and 1/2 hours...ad said $69 for 3 labor hours... asked them to help us organize the area..... ...they had no ideas about organizing...I had to tell them what do....could have hired 2 men to do the work for less....had to .. have some friends finish the job!!! a BIG disappointment!!

We had rats in the basement and it was really cluttered. After we had the rats removed, I got Domestic Divas to come in and help clean. They came in and assessed the place. She told me what I needed to do as far as sorting stuff out. I got decluttered and they hauled away the stuff we didn't need and then they steamed the floor, then mopped it. They wiped down everything. I will use them in the future for the garage (another cluttered area). Thank you!

My wife loved these guys. We have a 4 month old baby and it seemed our home would never be clean again. They showed up on time and went straight to work and the place looks great. The floors are cleaner than they have been in a long time. We are going to start using them on a regular basis, and hopefully get some semblance of order again.

Laura and her husband stopped over to give me an estimate week before the service and were very friendly and nice to speak with. She even recommended a carpet expert that she said was awesome to clean my one carpet so I didn't have to purchase a whole new carpet in that room, which I thought that was sweet of her. I am not sure if he is on angie's list or not but his name was Jeremy and the carpet name is Heavens Best carpet. He was also very sweet and texted me a picture of the carpet when he was done since I was in Florence at the time. All and All, They both did an awesome Job. She even called me and asked about my refrigerator if I wanted that cleaned, I said no, and she said she would take care of it anyway. She even advised me about my pantry being scuffed and have painter work on it . I had a painter come in and I wasn't able to see the house yet because I was in florence and I asked him what he thought and he gave high praise for Laura's Cleaning.. with that said, he is a very detailed guy and wasn't sure if the baseboards would be clean enough to paint and he said she did a wonderful job. He's very critical..so that's a great review in itself. Thanks Laura for being so kind and wonderful to work with. Ladies are punctual, friendly, thorough, make good use of their time and carefully inspect the work before they leave.

Did a great job of cleaning our bathrooms (which we asked that they focus on) and sitting area. They were prompt and very courteous.

Showed up on time but had no tools for the job like a vacuum cleaner ,gloves ,or trash bags. They did not finish and did not do a very good job on what they did.

Three women came and cleaned the house thoroughly for more time that they were scheduled for. They were professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

She was responsive by phone and through the message board here on Angie's List. I made an appointment with her to meet me at my house for a quote and then to follow me to my rental property and give me a quote to clean that house too. The rental property was vacant and clean on the surface but needed deeper cleaning on the baseboards, blinds, fixtures, bathrooms, etc. She said her $69 special offer would work for the vacant house, so I hired her. I gave her a key to the house, bought the online deal, and she said she would get the job done for me. I had another contractor at the house on the same day she was scheduled to clean, and he said she was there so I know she showed up, but when I went to the house after her it was hard to tell what she had done. She cleaned out the refrigerator, which had some grocery items left in it from the previous tenant, but other than that I didn't see any evidence she was there. I had to scrub the toilets, showers, and sinks myself. I also had to sweep the house. Because I was counting on her to have the house clean, I wasn't able to get to the mopping and baseboards before the tenants arrived to move in. It was a very disappointing experience. It's been almost two weeks now since she did the job and she hasn't called me to follow up or see if I was happy with the cleaning. This is surprising since we had talked about her cleaning my house on a regular basis.

I only needed the 'general areas' of the house cleaned. They spent extra time making sure everything was just right. I would use them again.

It was great, they did a wonderful job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

It was a positive experience. The main person was very kind and did a wonderful job. However, I had trouble with follow up in trying to schedule the appointments, and the additional companions were not needed.

My husband and I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a two and a half year old. It seems like all we do is clean and still felt like everything wasn't "clean". I am so thankful that these girls did such a wonderful job and were so friendly and professional. It was so nice to come home and not pick up the cleaning supplies and go at it-we were able to spend some quality family time together.
