Domestic Divas of Charleston

I needed a pre-Thanksgiving clean-up for company. The three bathrooms and kitchen were top priorities, along with ceiling fans, dusting, mini-blinds, hard woods and vacuuming. Doors, windows and kitchen cabinets all sparkled! I got my moneys worth and a huge weight was lifted, kinowing my house was clean for the holiday!

Great! Very clean. Three ladies clean in a time frame of two to three hours. They provide all of their own cleaning materials.

About five young women came to my house. Some came and went.Nice people you feel safe having in your house. The leader cleaned deep in the kitchen. Others worked all over the house doing a good job except for fans and curtains.a lot of good work done. Some things missed. A lot of improvement in the house. If you asked them to do something over, they did. Generally pleased and got a lot for what I paid. Thetr certain rooms that were spotless reflecting the particular cleaner. I'm glad they came.

They did such an awesome job. We are going to use them again. They were so nice and professional.

The team arrived about 45 minutes late, which wasn't an issue for me, but affected the punctuality rating above. They brought 4 team members and were here about 2 hours. They did a nice job, working around me (work from home) and my husband who was home sick on this day. I originally thought the price was fair, but compared to other offers this same company has offered online since I originaly purchased my deal, I paid quite a bit more. Regarding the quality of service, I expected a higher level of detail. I did a walk-thru with the lead team member, and she re-did the master bath surfaces based upon my request and everything else looked OK. I didn't notice the nitty gritty issues until after they left. To be clear, they were nice, professional and did a decent job. I would probably use them again, but their work simply did not rate an A on this visit. Some examples of things I found after they left: chrome on the guest bath sink fixtures were not polished as sharply as I'd like, robe hooks in the hall bath were dusty, floor in the living room was streaked, top of kitchen stove wasn't crisply clean, sand and dust on marble in bathroom even after 2nd effort, shower glass not clean at top big marks left, finger prints on 3 different bathroom mirrors, the fridge interior (specifically mentioned as a feature of the service I purchased) was not cleaned.

Was scheduled at 11:00, but was told later on it was 1 Pm . They finally showed up at 3PM, 2 hours late. They did try to make up their lateness by sending two more people along with the 2 that showed up at 3PM.

Laura and company were efficient, thoughtful about what we needed, and thorough in their cleaning. They were friendly but maintained a high level of professionalism. Laura's consultation several days before the cleaning day was extremely helpful to establish just exactly what we needed. The young Divas arrived precisely on time and had the supplies needed to take care of our particulas problems.

Very thorough cleaning of rooms that I requested, would definitely use again.

Did not hire them. They made it to difficult and annoying to do a simple clean.

I did not like the Divas' cleaning service at all. It was supposed to be 2 or 3 hours for $69. They called and they said they would send 2 people. They were 45 minutes early and I wasn't ready for them because it was an early morning appointment. 4 people showed up and they only stayed an hour. You can't do it. One of the girls was super great but everybody I would never use them again. The price wouldn't have been bad if I have gotten what I was promised.

I tried to schedule an appt for a full day cleaning. $319.00. Talked to Tiffany and scheduled a time for the owner to come and "look at the house to see what I wanted done". Scheduled it for the next day. Dates and times were apparently mixed up. Called Tiffany back and she was apparently irritated. I asked for the owner to please call me or I would contact her. Tiffany stated that the owner wasn't available and then HUNG UP ON ME. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

The team that came did an great job.

There was 2 cleaning persons, i would have to say one of them did very well and the other didn't. The person cleaning the kitchen had to be told to remove shelves in the refrigerator and and still did a poor job cleaning it. They also had to be told to remove the oven racks to clean the stove. They also did a poor job in cleaning the grease off the stove and overhead vent.

Overall I think that they did well and focused on the areas I had asked them to since the Big Deal was likely not going to give them enough time to finish everything in my house. I had a friend come over to let them in since I couldn't be there. The areas I wanted them to focus on all looked quite good...the showers were sparkling. There were a few of the other areas of the house that I am guessing they didn't have time to get to since I found dust on the bar etc...but had a feeling that the Deal wouldn't give them time for everything. The one disappointment was that after cleaning the windows, one of the downstairs ones was not snapped back into place properly so when I came home it was actually open. I am certain it was an accident.

Very light cleaning. Sink was still dirty. They missed some cabinets.

Went great. They did a wonderful job and I was able to let my grandkids be up there when they were here visiting.

GREAT! They reboxed everything in Rubbermaid containers they asked me to get. Stacked it where I asked them to and made space for my grandkids to sleep up there when they were here on a visit. It would have taken me weeks what they did in three hours!

I was not home at the time of the cleaning. Domestic Divas did a pretty good job dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. The kitchen was done as well as refrigerator and oven. They did a good job cleaning the refrigerator but I was disappointed in the job they did cleaning the oven. The racks were not cleaned, nor was the interior of the oven door. I would use them again for general housecleaning.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went great. They did their job. I have used them at times when they did not have a big deal.

Two people showed up for 1 hour and in that time were able to clean all the common area walls in my 1300SF house. It looked great.

The two ladies were on time , professional and thorough . I'm a perfectionist , so I was quite impressed with the quality and cost. Highly recommended.

This crew is AMAZING! While they showed up late, I completely understand the traffic on 26 + 526 so no biggie. Their work though... phenomenal. I have a small home, less than 1,500 square feet - it's considered 1 1/2 stories. The crew of 3 spent almost 3 hrs cleaning every possible thing they could in my house. They washed windows, high dusted, sat on the floor and wiped cabinets and base boards, polished my floors, vacuumed the sofa, etc, etc. I am a VERY particular house cleaner - I used to run a business myself doing this and was always highly regarded because I left nothing undone. I've not been able to find that level of cleaning, ever, until I came across Domestic Divas. Incredibly professional, high quality work, and very nice girls. I definitely plan to use them again and you all should do the same. My house was sparkling from top to bottom. I really appreciate good workmanship, and this company takes a lot of pride in what they do.
