Poorly Not friendly. Slow & not deep cleaning

The cleaners did not complete several items agreed to in the consultation. For $200 I basically paid for a subpar "deep clean" of two bathrooms.

The Hispanic lady was very nice and professional. She asked what we'd like cleaned and I believe she tried her best considering the circumstances. The problems were that most areas were not "deep" cleaned at all. There were still dusty areas in all the rooms. Cobwebs in corners and baseboards were still very dirty and spouse wiped to check cleanliness and there was still dirt and grime. Floor cleaning was exceptionally subpar. The cleaning agents used were pleasant. The overall experience left too much dirt to call upon them again. The owner was very nice when she came to evaluate the house. The problem was in the work. My own mother was a severe "deep" cleaner and this was nowhere near her level of cleanliness. I wish that things would have turned out better as it has soured my feelings toward organized cleaning agencies versus a regular housekeeper that I'm certain would have done a better job. I did not complain or invoke the satisfaction guarantee simply because I lost confidence in their ability to clean my home. Just to be clear, our home had some clutter from me transitioning offices for work so I asked them to avoid those. The problem was in the lack of care and attention to the rest of the home. Also the poor attitude of two of the staff was unacceptable. They were in MY home. MY sanctuary. And they didn't have the common decency to be polite or help me feel at ease with strangers in my private space. I do hope that service improves for others who choose this company.

They did really good, they did a good job. We would recommend them they're prompt, courteous, professional and do as they say they're going to do. The workers were very professional, accommodating and did a great job. They cleanliness and thoroughness in their work stood out the most.

Took a while to get an estimate but after the details were ironed out it went ok. I did not realize the higher windows were not included. Would have been nice to know.

I arrived home after they had been working for about an hour. They started in the master bathroom, and I needed to use the bathroom. I noticed it wasn't a very good job. I wasn't sure if they were finished so I only mentioned this to my fiancee. I did not bring it to DD attention because I wanted to keep out of their process. My intention was to inspect before they left. They managed to deal with my fiancee and left before I knew it. The master bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all. I would guess they didn't use anything that included soap or water. The floor was dirty and not swept so they couldn't have mopped. The shower stall was grungy and not clean. The toilet had been lightly wiped, but was still dirty in the same way as when I first inspected it. They may have used their own toilet bowl scrubber, but mine certainly was not used, the floor around the scrubber was dirty and unswept and unmopped. The mirrors were gone over lightly, some, not at all. Our water leaves an orange stain, but it will clean, these stains were still visible in both bathrooms. They left what appeared to be a Mr. Clean sponge on the floor by the shower stall in the master bathroom. The area around the sponge was filthy. None of the chrome for the faucets were wiped in either bathroom or kitchen. They did a fair to good job on the wood floors. I did see them use water there. After they left I felt like the house had a filthy feel to it. We reached out to the owners immediately with pictures (of which I still have) they expressed their apologies. We did not want them to come back out, but expected at least a 50% refund. We also tipped very well for this poor service.

There were no additional fees. They were very good. They worked very hard and very well.

These ladies were great--Nancy, Mary and ?. They went right to work, didn't make non-work calls, and did a thorough job. The only problem is that they had to be reminded that there was a FROG to vacuum and dust. I would love to have this team again!

There was a consultation before the actual appointment could be set. The owner of the company was 1 hour late. Luckily I was off that day. She left stating the appointment time I needed looked good but would confirm once she could check the scheduling. I never heard from her. I had to contact her to confirm the date and time. The appoint was set for 9:00 AM on a Friday - first appointment for the day. By 9:40 AM, no one had shown up. I called the owner who did not know why they had not shown up especially since the business was 10 to 15 minutes from my home. The 2 cleaners showed up @ 9:55 AM. This was after I flagged them down after noticing a car driving very slowly down the road. The 2 ladies did a good job and knocked everything out in 2 hours.

They did a great job on the floors, but I will have to go back over their work in the bathroom and kitchen. I'm not even sure that they cleaned the counters at all. The crew also arrived almost 2 hours late.

We're here for six person hours. Did only about half the job. I've used this agency before with good results, usually within four hours. Floors were supposed to be wet mopped, but never got to it. The woman seemed to know how to clean but the man was clueless. I finally showed him how to use my vacuum as he couldn't adjust the one he brought. After they left I spent several hours finishing the job. what a waste of money. If the supervisor had been willing to correct the omissions, I would give them another chance. That didn't happen so I won't hire them again.

The girls were very friendly and well informed about what I needed done. They even knew my dog's name. In two hours the house was clean. Thanks to them I had a nice break for the week.

Well, but the cleaners were very late (they got lost) and they missed some things. We had one new girl, so management came to check on their work and had to do some things they missed or didn't do well. Everything got done in the end and I appreciate that they came to check the work. Due to some of these things, it took a longer than I expected.

We have the Domestic Divas come once a month to clean our house. They are awesome, everything is very clean, they are really friendly and they go above and beyond---they lifted up the 5 by 7 area rug and cleaned the hardwood underneath it!

I went on line and selected the package for my house to be cleaned for $159. They immediately emailed me with questions concerning the house. They called me to set up a "previsit" to chk out the house. I was pleased that they were able to come out and do this right away because i needed to get the house cleaned before the week was out as my renters would be coming in that weekend. They came and cleaned on Friday and i went out to check their work on Saturday the day before the renters would come in. everything was cleaned and looking good except the kitchen stove burner which has not been cleaned. when i told Laura about it, she immediately apologized and took off part of the charge for not cleaning the stove. The rest of the house was spotless! Thank you Laura for everything.

OK, think they have more business than they can handle and having trouble w/ some new employees not doing a thorough job. Very nice company though but got tired of asking for the same shelves to be cleaned, or for them to finish with the deep cleaning like cleaning out the fridge. Hope they get it together, very nice and some really worked hard.

We had 3 ladies throughout the afternoon. They showed up and were very friendly and went right to work. They were awesome. They had some folks call out sick, so we had several different ladies come and go, but they worked very well together and were committed to doing a fantastic job. My wife and I were very happy with the results and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

They worked in short notice the second time and left the house looking good.

Good. We did have item broken and a couple of the fans were missed otherwise well performed

Did not get to make a deal. They showed up on time and gave me a quote but just could not make a deal. Nothing to do with the company.
