Description of Work: The company requires a consultation in the home prior to scheduling the cleaning. We tried to schedule this consultation, but they had to cancel twice. After nearly two weeks of trying to schedule, I cancelled the deal. The company seems too busy for us as new clients right now.

Description of Work: I was asked to look at the June calendar and decide when I needed my house thoroughly cleaned. I needed it done before my granddaughter's big birthday party. The calendar had all the days open this week. Five days after my order thru Angie's List went through I received an e=mail letting me know they were not available until after July 1st. Description of Work: Owner set up date and time to discuss what was to be done.She forgot the apt but came after we called to see if she was coming. We discussed what type of organizing and cleaning was to be done in the room over the garage. The workers came at the wrong time, but agreed to return at scheduled time. The owner didn't come but gave directions to the workers. The directions were different from what was discussed. The workers worked hard and together we were pleased with the final organizational plan.

Description of Work: Nice girls, but did not coordinate cleaning very well. No plan of action. One girl asked if I wanted the living room vacuumed and the other walked all over the wet floor that had just been moped. At one point, one of the girls was just watching the other one vacuum. I was very disappointed - I had high hopes for this company. May be they were just having bad day. Sorry to leave such a bad review.
