Description of Work: We had major dust problems as a result of a bathroom remodeling--the cleaning ladies gave us a good start on getting it back to livable.

Description of Work: They should use dust cloths instead of feather dusters to get all the dust. Also, they didn't bring all the equipment they needed. They ended up using our Swiffer and pads, our steam mop, and our vacuum. We were told by the owner they would be bringing their own equipment. Suppose we didn't have what they needed?

Description of Work: This was a full house cleaning --we had some cleaning after a big renovation but this was the first regular cleaning we had. They did a great job.

Description of Work: paid for a deep cleaning and an organization of a closet. I had pointed out the marble fireplace needed to be done , as well as the guest bath upstairs. Neither was done and when I contacted them they said they did the master bath( which we are not using and I believe I told her that we don't have a shower door. The house was not really dirty as we just had it re=modeled and completely painted. My son was home, I was not, and he said 1 person left early. Ms. Harris also stated that my son said to just do the flrs. upstairs and they did nothing else. ( except the master bath ) Very unhappy

Description of Work: Arrived late with poorly contrived excuses. Inexperienced team deployed. Lied about vacuuming when challenged. Did a reasonable job with kitchen & bathroom surfaces.

Description of Work: I have been extremely pleased with the service that Domestic Divas as provided. I have hired them to come out every other week to clean my house.

Description of Work: The "deal" was listed as your choice of either "organization" or "deep clean". I chose the deep clean. I told them exactly what I wanted I expected to be done, and left them alone for 3 hours, which is the amount of time "purchased" with the deal. I was extremely disappointed when I returned to find very poorly cleaned house. I spent 2 hours completing what they should have, but failed to do.

Description of Work: Domestic Divas has been awesome. I hired them initially to do a move in clean of my house before my furniture and belongings came and the house was spotless. Not only do they do a great job, they were so nice and so professional as well. In fact, they are now cleaning my house every week and I couldn't imagine them not being part of my weekly routine!

Description of Work: The effort put forth by the cleaners wasn't worth the money spent. Dirt streaks were left in many places. Drawers and cabinets were not clean. When ownership was contacted they only gave lip service to correcting the deficiencies. I recommend against using them.

Description of Work: vacuumed and damp mopped floors .2 hours late, usually prompt.
