Description of Work: A/C tuneup. We pay yearly for their "comfort club" which provides the A/C and heating tune ups, as well as for the extra-thick filters and any emergency expedited service.

Description of Work: This was warranty work. They determined my refrigerant had leaked out, but I do not know whether this is something they could have caught in December when they inspected it. I have still not gotten the paperwork and a bill for additional materials. Their service people are very competent and and polite. The cost for the service contract has gone up and I am less impressed with their office people.

Description of Work: Tried to get an estimate to replace a gas furnace & duct work. Called sales rep, told to send him an email, did email, called rep again after no response. TEN days later ( and finding another service provider) got a call from the sales rep. Guess they don't need the business!
