Description of Work: Scheduled a service per your offer before a planned vacation and paid; no one showed up for the appt. When I called in, all they could talk about was how busy they were. No offer to send someone right back out so I asked for refund. Someone called to check on the service but no offer to send a tech out. Then bookkeeper called to say they could process the refund because they had been paid but would retain a fee. I refused the partial refund and suggested a manager look over this. Later received voice mail saying the refund was complicated because they hadn't been paid and suggested I contact Angie's List which I did and got prompt refund. Overall a disappointing experience where Waldrop missed multiple opportunities to serve me.

Description of Work: We purchased the maintenance plan because our A/C system couldn't cool the house when the temperature was in the 90s. They responded quickly and the technician came in one day after I called. He cleaned up the unit, checked everything and told us to change the filter every two months. The A/C has been working very well after this service. Great company!

Description of Work: Installed new gas furnace and air conditioner in place of old. Also installed moisture barrier in crawlspace. This is a very good company to deal with. They are very professional, courteous & prompt. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Connected two wires that were not connected. Checked our a/c systems. We bought the maintenance agreement along with the service call deal. Wes Wyatt was very professional. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers whenever he entered my home.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for one heat pump and paid for service on the second heat pump. Follow-up by office staff was excellent, since we lost power and had to re-schedule. I would highly recommend Waldrop!

Description of Work: The tech arrived a few minutes past the window of time given, but upon arriving was very thorough in checking the HVAC system. He cleaned what needed to be cleaned and recommended that a capacitor be replaced but he was not pushy about it. Deciding to be proactive, I went ahead and had it replaced. Since the system cleaning, the HVAC system seems to be working more efficiently.

Description of Work: Added whole house humidifier. We had a few challenges ( due to freezing weather, etc) but these guys went out of the way to be responsive and to assure my satisfaction. I have switched to them for overall service as a result. I would highly recommend them. These guys are terrific.

Description of Work: Ken came out for a free estimate. He was very professional and honest with me that they probably didn't have a cost-effective solution for my heat pump wiring issue.

Description of Work: I have been a comfort club member for several years which entitled me to 2 HVAC tune-ups a year. The company is very professional and has great service. They are not the cheapest but you will get honest work done.
