This was a completely positive experience, from the professionalism of the owner, to the quality of the work done. This is whom we will hire in the future for similar siding work.

Found a leak in the roof that other contractors had missed. Showed me photos of the problem. Estimate was reasonable and work was completed on schedule. People were professional, friendly and extremely competent. Would absolutely recommend them.

The father and son team, Sergi and Vadim, came out soon after a small grass fire had melted some siding on the house. Very polite and attentive, they did great work and even improved some former installed Screen porch edging, that had been affected/bent by the fire and they hid the tv cable under the rain gutter downspout (originally installed by tv company fully visible along the bottom of siding). The replaced siding looks like it came with the builder2022-2023 original installation. Excellent job!

Great Service! VSA came out the same day to look at the job. Their quote was reasonable and they were quick to get me on the schedule. Communication was excellent and the work was performed efficiently.

Dean and his crew were polite, punctual and took the time to ask questions about the work at hand. I had the aluminum facia trim replaced for the whole house, as well as some replacement of damaged vinyl siding. Excellent work at a reasonable price. As a result I had VSA Exteriors power wash my house, very good job. VSA is honest, competitive and actually shows up to do the work, something I find frequently doesn’t happen. Feel confident using VSA Exteriors.

Excellent excellent job! Prompt responses and punctual. I wish i could post the before and after photos. So what happened is a new water heater output pipe was smaller than the new tankless water heater pipe. The siding looked awful after the plumber finished the wh install. (Nail holes and holes in siding from the old pipe setup. I could see straight to the outside from inside the garage. ) Dean is very creative and we ended up with a very nice fix of what was going to be an eyesore. I could see daylight from inside the garage and now it’s sealed up perfectly! And from the outside, looks like that pipe has been there all the time. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Pros. Fast. Respectful. Listens. My siding got blown off by winds, VSA matched the perfect factory piece - sourced it and replaced it! Reasonably priced too:)) Pressure washing is next;))

The customer service was great. I did not text but contacted them via email so responses were in the evening. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job as he said he would. Very reliable.

Great Father / Son team. This was a small vinyl siding repair job. They gave a quote, said when they would start and kept their word. They are very pleasant and professional.

I needed a section of my vinyl siding repaired or replaced. They contacted me for a quote within 30 min and then were at my house later that day to estimate the quote. They completed the job the very next day. I didn’t even have to be home since it was on the outside of my house. Great, pleasant professionals!

I needed to have a repair done to my siding under an eave on the second story of my house. (I previously had someone else come about a year or so ago and the work done was not done correctly and didn't hold up.) Dean responded to my post on home advisor and he and his assistant show up on time. From the time that I arranged for the job, he kept in touch and called the morning of the work to check in and let me know what time they would be there. He looked at my siding and assured me that they would fix it so that the siding would be secured for good. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were also knowledgeable. My repair work was rather minor and he told me up front what the charge would be. I would definitely hire VSA Siding and Roofing again.
