Don responded quickly to an inquiry about my kitchen floor, and showed up on time. He color sealed my very light kitchen floor which was constantly filthy before. Now it always looks amazing! I would recommend to anyone with tile floors!

Mr. Abrahamsen was very prompt responding to my request...the only one of three providers that I contacted. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, but we ended up deciding to do something different with our floor. However, should I need their services in the future I will definitely call these courteous, professional folks!

Don came exactly when he said they would. They brought hoses of some kind through the upstairs window of the master bathroom and spent several hours cleaning the grunge off the master shower, they they cleaned the water build up off the lower part of the shower. They also re-grouted the lower part of the shower. It looks so good, like the whole tile shower is brand new!

Don was great. He lived up to every expectation and then some. We recently bought a house and needed a marble island buffed and polished to remove some wear. Don gave an estimate based on a expectation of the desired finished product. When my wife commented that she wanted it shinier he agreed to do it for the same price even though he took him twice as long to get it to her satisfaction. He said he wanted us to be happy and quoted a price and would stick to that price. Work met our expectations and Don was quite professional. Thanks again Angie's List for making it easy for us to find a quality contractor to get the job done right.

More than we hoped . Don did a wonderful job and his work was pristine.

Came to give us an estimate and came to do the work when he said he would. He also cleaned our bathroom floor for no charge which was not part of the estimate. He kept everything clean by covering up rugs in the work areas. Don Abrahamsen did the work.

Don showed up on time, and cleaned our kitchen and bathroom tile floors. He did a color seal on the kitchen grout which made the entire floor look brand new. He did a clear seal on the bathroom tile which had the same effect. He was extremely professional the entire time, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

I have a 12-year-old house, and our tile floor has never been professionally cleaned. I didn't realize a service like this existed until I met the owner, Don, through a networking group. After he told me what he did, I started noticing how brown and yucky my tile and grout was - how it never looked clean, no matter how much I scrubbed it. I contacted Don and told him I would be interested in getting a quote. Don sent Jeremy out of to look at my floor. Jeremy gave a quote, left brochures about the options, and wasn't pushy at all. After talking to my husband, we decided it was worth the money. Jeremy did all the cleaning in a day. Unfortunately, I had a hard time picking the color for the color seal on the kitchen floor. (It's hard to know what color will look good... like picking paint.) I changed my mind after he started putting my original color down. Then, he put a different color down in a small area and left for the day so that my husband could review the color when he got home that night. Of course, after my husband looked at it, we decided we wanted yet another color, so Jeremy did the sealing in the third choice. He was VERY patient with me. Now I am SO happy with how my floor looks! It looks brand new, and it's so much easier to clean. The grout no longer soaks up whatever is spilled on the floor. We were very happy with this company and the process, so I would definitely recommend them to someone else.
