Upstate Support

Upstate Support was called to service some slow running computers at our office. Due to our hectic schedule, Mr. Lamb took his time off on a Saturday and repaired our computers. He spend almost the entire day, running from computer to computer fixing issues as he was able to identify them. Mr Lamb explained to us what kind of problems we were having, ways that we can minimize this from happening again, and continued to follow up with us on a regular basis. His pricing was extremely fair and his personality is very easy to work with. I have continued to use Upstate support for several different computer and network related issues. Because I do not fully understand the 'ins and outs' of computer networking/systems, he had to find a way to explain my problems in a more simplified way......that is not easy to do, and I applaud him for breaking that communication barrier. I definitely recommend Upstate Support to any small business that needs computer support. Because this company is incredibly customer oriented, it separated itself from its competition. Mr. Lamb is always available, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are 'up and running'.
