Upstate Septic Tank

My mom had a sink hole a few feet in front of her septic clean out that was a problem ever since her house was built. The builders kept filling it with dirt until her warranty went out and then wiped that hands of the problem. Once I was aware of the problem, I knew something was not right and started looking for septic companies. I can't say enough about Upstate Septic. They were out within a day to give a quote which was basically an exploratory dig and put her on the schedule within a week. Unfortunately the rain delayed the work, but Upstate Septic rescheduled and stayed in contact up to the new date. The problem was found and fixed with no additional cost and the work was completed in a day including a septic pumping. Although I never met any one in person, everyone was very personable and easy to work with over the phone. Will definitely use again if a problem comes up.

They called on the way. Three men arrived and quickly got to work. They were very professional, showed me the completed work, had me check the water flow, and have me suggestions how to take care of the septic system.

I called to schedule a preventive pump out on my septic tank. It had been 4 years and I have 5 people in my house. I thought it would be wise to take preventive action before I had any issues. The were courteous on the phone and actually got to us a day earlier than scheduled. The service tech, Billy, was very informative and pointed out an issue with a degraded / missing outlet tee and gave me the choice as to its repair, although he encouraged it to be done. I went ahead with it and they had it done the next day. It was an easy experience.

David from Upstate Septic is a commiserate professional. He was less than half the price of another big budget advertising plumbing company AND he was able to complete the job quickly and correctly the first time. If you use someone else for your septic tank, you are probably wasting your time and money. Get David if you can!
