+ -1 morethis company has been punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, expeditious, and clean. we had a horrible experience with another h/ac company in the past, but this company has proven to be trustworthy and honest. we are very happy and comfortable with total comfort heating and cooling.
Description of Work: tune up ac system for summer and tune up heating system for winter.

Description of Work: Replaced a part on the heat pump and topped off the refrigerant.

+ -1 moreI got exactly what we had agreed upon. I got a quality product at a good price. Since then they have changed my filter and serviced the system, again to my satisfaction and very reasonable.
Description of Work: I needed a new furnace and AC. Various options were provided including repair rather than replacement although the latter was probably correctly not recommended. The gentleman who gave us our quote was a real knowledgable technician rather than just a salesman, and he obviously knew what he was talking about. We have a complex Lennox system with 2 zones which makes it quite complex, but they were up to the task. I got severeal quotes from other companies, but this company gave us the best quote and appeared competent, so I went with them. Tuck and Howell also came and were very professional and competent, but were slightly higher. They would have benn my second choice. TSC gave me a MUCH higher quote and their repesentative was clearly a good salesman but not a technician.
