+ -1 moreVery disappointed given their high reviews on Angie's List but upon doing a further internet check I discovered that their corporation license was forfeited on 7/25/2012 (http://www.scsos.com/index.asp?n=18&p=4&s=18&corporateid=131332). Beware!!!
Description of Work: Called to get an estimate and set up an appointment for the following morning. The guy finally showed up around 2 pm and asked about how much the insurance company had given us. When I told him I had misplaced the paperwork and instead gave him a rough range estimate, he said he would get his ladder and take a measurement, call his boss, and then give me quotes. I went inside so he could do his work but then I heard his truck crank up and he left!!! No response back from the company number listed on the Angie's List page.

+ -1 moreThey got here about seven o'clock in the morning and they were already done in at three PM and the job they did for us went well. They also have a reasonable price, they are very efficient and they do communicate well.
Description of Work: Tico's Quiroz replaced our roof about three weeks ago, they also did the roof shingles, put on new rich bands and cleaned up all the nails.

Description of Work: I used Tico's Quiroz for roofing. They removed all shingles and nails, inspected plywood and replaced, installed 15 pound felt, installed ice and water shield in valleys, installed new 30 year laminated shingles, installed new chimney and pipe flashing, installed ridge vent and hauled away all debris.
