Ordered pendant lights for a bathroom remodel . Was told the fixtures would be in in about two weeks. Did not hear from the Lighting Center after two weeks, called and was told they were not in. This went on for several weeks. I called every time, not the Lighting Center. After several weeks, I was told by the person I had been dealing with that if she didn't here from them that day, she would call them. Shouldn't she have already called?! I was finally told about a week later that the lights were no longer available, but I could come and order something else. No thank you. Then, about three weeks after we had chosen lighting somewhere else, and had them installed, I received a call from The Lighting Center wanting to know if I still wanted the lights. Apparently someone had found a couple. This was not a huge order, but I had expected the same service as if I were placing a big order. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service, and would never use them again.

They were excellent. They have great choices in the showroom. They have an entire series of catalogues and online choices too. They have a terrific display center. Their pricing is terrific. The quality is much higher than what I could get from the stores. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The lighting Center is really a good company. They did excellent installing everything, and did it in a timely manner. I think this is a very hard job, and they did wonderful with everything. The workers were very nice and considerate, and they worked very well together. I would gladly welcome any of them back into my home. I have not had any problems with the lighting or any electrical defaults for that matter. I would say they deserve the top ratings as a company.
