Brian and his team were outstanding. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. A rarity in today’s world. Brian took our inputs and created a beautiful oasis that we truly enjoy. He is honest, hard working and even went above and beyond to incorporate our pool drainage system into the project. We couldn’t have been more pleased and will definitely use him again for the front yard. I highly recommend Sunrise Landscapes for any landscaping projects you have.

The work that Sunrise Landscape performed was absolutely fabulous. Brian and his crew are the most professional contractors I have ever had work on my house. (I have totally renovated the inside and had nothing but delays, mistakes, contractors not returning calls, etc). Brian started the job the day he said he would and finished in 3 weeks. If we hadn't had such bad weather, it would have been even sooner! In addition, his crew weeded my front beds before they mulched, put together a small bridge for the backyard and picked up my patio table for me. Brian returned all my calls and texts promptly and designed a beautiful backyard landscape that I will enjoy forever. I could not be happier.!!!

This is the second time we used Brian for our landscape projects. This project included a large patio with a 50ft long retaining wall. Brian was there every step of the way, from initial design to final execution. The results even exceeded our high expectations. The hard-working crew started early and finished late, always leaving the area neat and cleaned up every day and at the finish of the project. We checked out about 5 other contractors, but Brian's price was very competitive, plus knowing first hand the quality of his work...it was a no brainer. Brian is a great guy and puts a lot of pride into his work......and it shows! Would hire him over and over again!

This is our second time using Brian and his guys to do landscaping work for us. Last year we had him grade, install drainage, and sod in our backyard. We loved the job he did and the people he had working for him and knew we wanted him to come back if we ever needed anymore work done. With that being said, we have had drainage issues in the front yard for a while and let Brian know our ideas as to what we were looking for to fix our drainage issues. He was always professional and courteous when coming out to give a quote and talk about ideas. We are not creative people so we trusted Brian with everything from the drainage fixes to the front flower beds being redone. It all looks amazing now! So far we have not had any issues with water flooding the front yard and driveway like it used too, and the new plants in the flower beds and boulders look amazing! Even all the neighbors have mentioned how great it all looks!! I am really looking forward to spring/summer of next year to see how it all comes in full bloom!! Always great to work with him! We highly recommend using him if you have any landscaping needs!!

Brian and his crew came to do some tree work for us, and they did an outstanding job! Some of the limbs that needed to be taken down from our huge oak trees were much thicker than I realized, so the job was pretty demanding, but they took care of every last detail, and cleaned up meticulously when they were finished. It's so nice to have true professionals working at your home after having encountered more than a few who weren't. Thanks again, Angie's List, for helping us find quality businesses! Brian and his crew did a great job handling a job that had a few glitches -- internet/tv wire cut, a few sprinkler heads damaged (which he replaced at no cost), late arrival of sod (through no fault of his own), and a homeowner with little knowledge of the irrigation system and how it ran (husband was out of the country at the time of the project). They even helped identify a significant water leak at our meter (not involving their work at all). Brian was professional and pleasant to work with at all times and handled my seemingly endless questions, texts and emails promptly and courteously. He even came back a couple of weeks after the installation at our request to ensure the sod was taking root and we were watering properly. Brian was a hands-on guy who worked with his crew to get the job done. I would be pleased to work with Brian and his crew again on another project.

We moved into our home back in August, 2015. With it being new construction we decided to have the builder seed the backyard….big mistake in the red clay of the South, so of course it didn’t take. We knew it would take a lot of work after waiting almost a year a half to fix our red clay mud pit of a backyard. So we began the process at the beginning of this year in searching for landscapers who could re-grade, install new drainage for all gutter drains on the back of the house, and sod our fenced in backyard. I contacted company after company to get quotes on what it would cost to landscape our 10,000+sqft backyard. Sunrise Landscapes was recommended to us in the midst of all my searching so I called and made an appointment for them to look at our desert of a backyard(what my husband referred to it as) and quote us on the work that needed to be done. When Brian, the owner, came out he was professional and very kind mannered. You could tell he really knew his stuff and was serious about everything as he analyzed the yard, asked questions, and told us what should be done and how he would do it for us. Sunrise Landscapes were very reasonably priced for the work that was to be done (we knew this would be expensive) and decided to go with them. Let me tell you, we have not regretted the decision once!! I work from home some during the week and what I saw amazed me. These were some of the hardest working men I have ever seen! Brian worked just as hard and long as his employees did which surprised me. I expected him to come in and tell his employees what we had discussed then leave to head to another job but he didn’t, he went right to work alongside them and worked just as hard!! This not only impressed my husband and me, it left a big impression on us as to how committed Brian was to delivering quality work! They got there on a Monday to begin grading the backyard and didn’t leave till almost 7:00pm that night. That day they were able to grade, remove 3 truckloads of gravel (what used to be our driveway when the builder was building the house), and begin on the drainage, it was only Brian and one of his employees on that day. The next day Brian and two of his employees arrived around 7:30am and got right to work on finishing the pop-up drains on the back of the house, and began unloading the sod from the tractor trailer. They didn’t leave until close to 7:30pm that Tuesday night after all the sod had been laid (20 Pallets!!), driveway washed off, street cleaned of any debris from the sod, and all of their stuff collected. Brian and his crew stayed on task and completed that job in two days right before it was due to rain the next day, he had impeccable timing with all of it! If you have never laid sod nor seen how it is done, all I have to say is I have a new found respect for those who can do this all day and still stand up and move the next day! After the job was completed Brian would occasionally follow up with us to make sure all was well with the yard, and to see if we have had any questions, that kind of customer service was greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be using Sunrise Landscapes again when we need more yard work or our fence moved. We highly recommend using them for your landscaping needs!! We have not been able to stop telling people about Sunrise Landscapes and handing out Brian’s name and phone number! (*Pictures are from before to after…walkway we installed ourselves*)

Not a single complaint. Work done on time and professionally finished and followed up to make sure we were satisified.

First off, I want to say that I admit to being a little nuts about my lawn. I work hard to have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood and am very careful in choosing who I hire to do work I can't do myself. We moved into a new home about 6 months ago in SC. The front yard is beautiful, all Bermuda. The back yard was a mess, however. Most of it was tall fescue, but there were a lot of weeds and uneven ground. Also, the back needed irrigation as the only sprinklers were out front. I called some local businesses I trust for a recommendation and received quotes from three different contractors. The job would be removing all the existing fescue, adding irrigation and installing Bermuda sod. Size about 17k sf. Brian answered his cell, came over the next day for a walkthrough and said he'd email me a quote. The email came about two hours later, detailing the work and the cost. He was by far the most reasonable in cost. I hired him and he told me he'd start in two weeks. He showed up on time on the scheduled day to start. He sprayed the existing grass to kill it, came back again to respray a few weeks later. Showed up again on time to start removing the dead grass. Regraded the property, installed the sprinklers and came back the next day to install the sod. Again, on time. His crew worked harder than anyone I've ever seen. They were professional and excellent in their skills. The job was done, on time and on budget. More importantly, the job was done right. Not to mention, better than I would have done it myself. Brian is meticulous in his work, same with his crew. Just to give you an example, after the job was done and he was paid, I was heading out a few hours later and he showed up. He said he was thinking that I should have some extra sprinkler heads on hand should anything ever go wrong. He drove back 10 miles from his office AFTER being paid to do this. What a wonderful guy, professional and incredibly hard-working. Would strongly recommend you call him if you're considering any landscape work.

Brian was great to work with. He always showed up exactly on time and did an outstanding job with the design, variety and quality of plants and materials chosen for the job. His crew worked hard all day and also did a great job in not the greatest of conditions. I would highly recommended Brian and his team for any landscaping projects you have in mind. As far as the price is concerned, it was an expensive project, but I do feel that with the quality of the workmanship and materials, it was a very fair price. I felt very comfortable dealing with Brian and he seems like a very honest true to his word person.

They do an incredible job, and I am very very happy. I am a repeat customer as a result. I found them by word of mouth, but I recommended them on Angie's List after I used them. The same people come out every time. Their pricing is fantastic. I will continue using them in the future.

I used them last summer and I was very happy with them. They put a new bed in the front of the yard and ripped up the old one, which had reached the end of it's useful life. The hardest part was creating the new bed in the front of the yard. They picked plants and rocks and stuff and made it cosmetic and did a similar thing as if they didn't take anything out.They landscaped around the mailbox and the corner of the yard under a big shade tree, so they had to figure out what would grow in the shade. It was a one man operation and he had an assistant and he stayed with it and we were pleased with the work.

This was one of the easiest projects I have EVER put together, thanks to the care and concern of Brian and his crew. Brian knew exactly what needed to be done and even went above and beyond his duties. He not only mulched the back yard but the front and sides of the house as well. I would definitely use his service again. You will not be disappointed in his continuous communication during the whole project and beyond. I feel as though he is genuinely concerned about his clients and the quality of his work.

Ended up using another landscaper only because Sunrise did not do stone walls which was the main thing we wanted. If it wasn't for the wall, I would have absolutely used Sunrise. Super nice, fair, knowledgeable.

All went very well. Brian and a helper worked non stop for over 6 hours filling potholes and low areas with topsoil. The topsoil was very clean and looked good. (If you can describe dirt). Brian was very professional and amiable. He cleaned all of the driveways and walkway very well before he left. After a few days the soil had compacted and the lowplaces reappeared. The grass died. I replantted and had th soil analysed. The soil vas and quot;Deadand quot; voil of all nutrients. WASTED MONEY

He is excellent. He has trimmed other trees in the past for me. He was very clean. He was pleasant, polite, punctual and professional. He was very inexpensive. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brian did a great job on the design as well as the execution. I described the look and feel I wanted and he was able to create it exactly (and better in many ways) as I had described. His creativity and professionalism were wonderful. He is also a very honest and trustworthy person which made him a pleasure to do business with. I am very glad I hired him and will continue to use his services in the future.

He gave me an estimate of what I wanted. He came when promised, performed the services, did all the clean up and "haul away". All in all, very good.

Brian's landscaping was creative and imaginative. He was very punctual and did a lot of the work himself. He used quality plants and did a superior job overall. His price was fair and went out of his way to see that our needs were met. I am convinced we made the right choice in hiring Sunrise Landscapes. We will continue to use Brian on a as needed basis.
