They were great, they were fast with the quote. The only problem is that our insurance company didn't understand why the upper cabinets needed replacing when the bottoms had the damage. When I asked for a letter explaining why you can't just rebuild one cabinet and get it to match they wouldn't do it. So, we called another cabinet company and they glad to offer the letter so this company didn't get the job. That's the only reason I gave them a C on the overall, I was having such a difficult time getting the quote approved through my insurance and they just dropped the ball and would not go any further to help get it approved. Other than that, yes I would hire them if a need arose. They were professional, on time and very thorough. They just need to sometimes go that extra mile to help a customer.

Based on the level of detailed questions Jeff asked, his professionalism and his uniform methods of operation, I feel very assured that Stylecraft turns out some wonderful workmanship. However, the estimate was too high for what we (my wife and I) believe is worth putting into this project, so we passed on going with Stylecraft's estimate. A request for a lesser estimate is pending with them. Meanwhile, we are searching elsewhere.

They charged us about $14000 for their services. Our experience with them was very good. I was very pleased with them. What I liked was that the people that they sent out to do the work were really good at what they did. They gave a time line for us and they were very consistent in doing it. We knew when they would be here. I don't know about the prices. They were very responsive. All the people who did the work were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone else and I would definitely use their services in the future too. I had a friend who had her kitchen remodeled by someone else and she was very unhappy with them.
