Mr. Sanchez cleaned, in and out, all our windows on 2 levels + the patio fascias and ceiling ; the windows are very clean and the patio as well. I called him, he called me back quickly, I sent pictures of all sides of the house, he gave me the price and came the following week. I am very happy with Mr. Sanchez job and will hire him again, very professional.

Job well done! The house looked wonderful - so much cleaner. Shutters needed painting but after pressure washing they looked much better. Mr. Sanchez arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and worked until 2 p.m.

Perfect job. I usually like to be here when having work done, but I wasn't able to. That didn't stop Jose from doing an awesome job. I got home from work that day and the driveway house and gutters never looked cleaner, and for an extremely reasonable price. He was also honest when I asked him about washing the back deck. He said it was better to wait until march after the winter at this point. Can't say enough about what a great job he did. I will definitely be calling him next year to do the deck and maybe more.

What a spectacular job! First, let me start by saying Mr. Sanchez was extremely prompt getting back to me anytime I had a question. He and his partner spent a lot of time making sure every inch of my home, deck, and gutters were clean. My deck looks completely new!
