+ -1 moreExtremely well. I was informed by an appraiser that I had some roof damage that needed action. Dan came out and checked the roof, agreed with the appraiser, and found some evidence of leaking that the appraiser had not picked up on from ground level. He put up a tarp to prevent further damage until they were able to come and fix the roof. Fortunately the roof had also suffered from a recent hailstorm, so my homeowner's insurance covered the damage. Rowan Custom Homes worked within the insurance quote while also upgrading me to architectural shingles and adding ridge vents, and replacing the wood damaged by the leak. They had a great team of friendly and professional workers, did a great job, and worked very efficiently. I will be contacting them for any type of contracting work that I need done.

Description of Work: Installed jack and jill sink and replaced shower doors, faucets, etc. Also did all of the related plumbing and the electrical work for a wall that was torn down. Also installed shower doors, faucets, etc. and performed related plumbing work in a second bathroom.
