Service was performed about a week later than expected. Had to call several times to nail down the date for tree removal. Work was performed efficiently and professionally in about 5 hours. Everything went smoothly and area was cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Premier arrived on time and completed the work quickly. My yard looks great!

They were highly professional and dependable. They were very courteous, thorough and gave the lowest price of all the quotes I received, which was about 25% cheaper than 3 other large tree services. I would highly recommend them.

The tree was very old and large. They removed it from the ground up. They are reliable and kept me informed. We had a few windy, wet days when we had planned on starting. They called early to let me know. They did what they said they were going to do.

Got estimate March 3, 2011. They only take cash, so I saved until June 28 then contacted them. First appt. July 12. They called same day to cancel due to heat. No calls to reschedule, so I contacted them. Second appt. August 8. They called same day to cancel due to employees not showing up to work. No calls to reschedule, so I contacted them August 28. Third appt. September 14. They just didn't show up. No calls, no messages, no texts, no visits, nothing. I had a good impression when he came for the estimate in March. They even cover their employees on insurance, not just customer property. I am telling the world now that these guys are irresponsible, don't keep their word, and lie to their customers. Do not hire this company. You will get the runaround.
