Had main sewer line clog. They were able to find the clog and open up the drain.

We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!

The pro did a job that I would have done in the past years but I am getting too old to do much of anything. The cost of clearing the clog is way out of proportion to the work done but he did what was necessary to clear the clog.. I am pleased to have the kitchen sink back in operation.

They were quick to reply to my quote request and Blain arrived when they said he would. I noticed my water heater had gone bad around 11:00am and they had the new one installed around 6:00 the same evening. Blain was extremely nice, professional, and respectful and the work seems to be top notch.

The Technicians were punctual, professional, and courteous. Installed 4 ton 16 sear Lennox split unit AC with gas furnace in one day, and did a great job.

Cody & EJ arrived earlier than scheduled and provided truly top notch, white glove level service. They went above and beyond to follow Covid distancing protocols and promptly put booties over their shoes. They were a sight for sore eyes after 3 days of no A/C in Mid-June in the S.C. heat. They were able to quickly diagnose a stuck pin and then get the unit going and recharged quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
