+ -1 moreWe were and are very pleased with Pooles' service. From the quarterly treatment of our home for pests, to maintenance under our home, they do a great job and have totally earned our trust. We are moving and are taking Pooles right along with us.
Description of Work: First, I'm not sure what the cost for service was. We are in the midst of selling our home and needed some guidance. Pooles' responded immediately, checked things out for us and advised what they felt our issues were.

+ -1 moreThe work was performed within the expected time frame and budget. They did a professional job and the crawlspace looks much better. Mr. Poole was responsive to our inquiry, knowledgeable in discussing options, and overall very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Poole's repaired a leaking drainage pipe that carrying water from two downspouts, installed french drain around the perimeter of the crawlspace, upgraded the sump pump basin (bucket), removed debri from the crawlspace, and replaced the vapor barrier with new poly.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic and they sprayed thoroughly. They completed the job quickly without messing around. They just got right to work. What really impressed me was that they came out right away when I called. They didn't put me off. They did what we asked without any fuss. They gave us a good deal on the price.
Description of Work: They did termite treatment on 3 rental houses that we own. On the inside they sprayed the baseboard and attic. On the outside they did the base of the house and under the house.
