+ -1 moreJoe dug up and repaired. It was a hard and long job but he did a great job explaining and showing us the broken pipe. Showed up when he said and fixed our problem. He has done other repairs for us and we call him always as he is a professional and we trust his work.
Description of Work: We had a leak in pipes from main sewer to house.

Description of Work: Joe dug up and repaired subcode pipe in the front yard, unclogged sewer system, moved and installed toilets, repaired leaky saddle valve under kitchen sink, and completely earned my trust and future business. The price listed on the approximate cost section is not exactly the cost I paid. Talk to Joe, he will treat you right in an honest and fair manner.

+ 0 more.Very efficient time management. Joe communicated everything in a very explanatory way and outlined what had to be done. He did everything in a workmanlike and efficient manner. Everything worked better than before and I had good water pressure for the fist time. Thanks Joe!
Description of Work: First replaced badly leaking water heater under homeowner warranty. While doing so we found leaking pressure control valve for the whole system and that I needed pressure tank for the heater to bring it up to code.

+ -1 moreI usually trend towards older people and he has grandkids. He is on time. He talks to you about any problems. He is just upfront and honest, friendly, professional. He did what he said he is going to do. In fact, I mentioned something out and he fixed that. My plumber went to Afghanistan. He sent me a letter stating that he was leaving the country but that he trusted and knew that this guy's work was as good as his.

Description of Work: Joe and Melissa are great people to work with for plumbing needs. Joe has come into my home on several occasions and always response promptly and helped with trying to get my products covered under warranty when he could. He has installed a garbage disposal (helped with warranty company to cover), shower/toilet repairs and installed an outside watering spigot.
