PERFECTION PLUS REMODELING

Charlie is very nice to work with and very knowledgable. His crew was very prompt efficient and courteous. They started the project on time and finished in 2 days. I would definitely feel great about recommending him to friends and will have more projects for him in the future I am sure.

I am beyond pleased with the work and final result performed by Perfection Plus. From the time I met Don and Mac I had a feeling that my job would be done with care and their full attention and if possible every request I had would be met. Don and Mac did all of the work themselves and were very concerned on the tile being done laid properly and limit waste (which is huge as I pay for all wasted tile). They were very considerate of any impact they might have had on me or my family during this work, which showed they care about their customers. These gentleman are the exact type of people you want doing work in your home, they pay very close attention to every aspect of their work and make sure that the client is happy about every detail before it is done. I would MOST DEFINETLY use them again for any other work I have in my home and would recommend you give them a chance to make you as happy as they made my wife and I.

Perfection Plus was an absolute joy to work with! Mac and Don are a father-son team who do all the work themselves, so you know who is in your house. They both take a TON of pride in their work. At the end of each day (even during demo) they would sweep the area and clean as best they could. We were always updated each day on their progress and what would be accomplished the next day. Truly no corner was cut, and the bathroom was completed EXACTLY how we envisioned! Another sticking point for Perfection Plus is that the presented budget is NEVER changed, even if they made an error estimating costs. We only had $130 additional, and that was due to unexpected subfloor rot (which they only charged materials...no labor). It was extremely nice knowing how much it would cost, and not having to worry about any unexpected costs. We have been so impressed with Perfection Plus, we would recommend them to anybody! We live right downtown in a historic home and the work looks like it is out of a Pottery Barn catalog! We could not be happier with the finished product. The whole experience was great!
