We have had good service with them. We did have a few weeks of very inconsistent pick up but found out that the owner had had serious health problems. I do wish they had sent out a notice or email so that we knew what was going on but I think they were doing what they could under the circumstances.

The pickup times vary greatly from 6 am til midnight, which is not a problem, but it means you are not sure if they did not pick up until the next day. They miss pickups, twice in the last two months. When I called, they said that they did pick up my street. I said that I put out my bins the night before and that there are two other neighbors who did not get picked up. They said that no one else has called to complain, and that I need to bring the bins in and put them out the next week. When I asked for a refund for service I paid for and did not receive, they got very angry and rude. I am switching to another provider.

The only negative I would say about them so far a couple times I have called them and had to leave a message and they didn't get back with me. That was actually when I first signed up for service. I've only been using them a short time. I used them before and then I got them back. When I got them back a couple times they didn't return my call. As far as the trash collection itself the pricing and stuff I am happy with. They are punctual on picking up the trash. The lady is nice enough, I was surprised when she didn't return my call twice. Originally when I signed up for the service they insisted on bringing a can out here and they didn't bring me a can when they scheduled it. I called to verify why they hadn't brought that can out there and then I just never got a return call. And I called again about it. And never got a return call again. That was two days later. But then they brought the new can, even before the next day which was the first day of collection. But you know how it is, there was a little disappointment that they didn't return my call having called twice and left a message.

Service has been adequate for quite some time. Approximately three weeks ago, trash pick up ceased. We contacted the office on two different occassions, and were given dates that trash pick up would be provided. Trash pick up has not started yet and the company will not return phone calls now. Trash is really starting to stack up.
