+ -1 moreAfter I moved in, I did find one panel with a black "switch" box with cables connected to it. But it doesn't work, very frustrating. I have to use my own ethernet switch to make it work. When I called them to let them that thing doesn't work, the guy was very rude and told me (well prepared) I "misunderstood their words". That box is only for phone connection and they never said there will be a ethernet switch and I need to use my own. Be aware with these guys and stay away from their disgusting tricks!
Description of Work: I am a new home owner in Greer. The builder used OnDuty as the low voltage contractor. The salesman from OnDuty showed up at the design center and (misleadingly) stated that they will install an "ethernet controlling panel" with wired connections in every room. I think that is necessary and accepted that. I said very clear that I don't need phone connection but ethernet is a must.
