The termite inspection went well. The young man that came out was on time, pleasant, and thorough. The problem I experienced was setting up the appointment. No one answered the office phone except answering machine and my messages were not returned for a few weeks....was beginning to think they closed their business! I expressed my concern when they finally called me, but no explanation was given other than they were 'busy'.

The neatly dressed, well prepared, professional team showed up on time for the appointment. Not only was the inspection thorough, with no evidence of termites, the team alerted me to an unsuspected slow leak in the crawlspace under my kitchen sink, took a photograph, emailed a copy to me, and described its location so that I could call a plumber to fix it. I signed up for repeat annual inspections.
Description of Work: Updated termite bond protection and performed home inspection for work done in 2013 for a previous owner of my current residence.

Our real estate agent recommended them for our initial inspection when we bought the house a few years ago. We were satisfied with their service, and I remember the price was good (though I can't recall what it was now). When it came time to hire a regular pest control company, I made a few phone calls and decided to stick with Noah's Pest Control because they had the best prices around. $50 per visit , typically once per quarter, and they will come out and re-treat for free in between regular visits if needed. They always call when it gets close to time for my quarterly visit to schedule it with me. They give a window (~2 hours), and the guy usually shows up early in that time frame. Sometimes he is running ahead of schedule, but always calls first to see if it's okay to come early. He always asks if we have any particular issues we need him to address, and will provide extra stuff like ant bait or mouse traps at no additional cost. He is professional and courteous, and always puts covers on his shoes when he comes inside. He is very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to get rid or our kitchen ants when the regular treatments weren't enough. We have been using them for ~2.5 years now, and I recommend them to anybody looking for a pest control service.

Once I got a hold of Noah, he scheduled an appointment to check on what he was dealing with. He arrived on schedule and arranged to come back that night (he only treats yellow jackets after dusk). I could hear them chewing so I was afraid they would come through my wall into the inside of my house. That night there was a terrible thunderstorm and he called to postpone due to trees down in his area and the power was off in his shop. I relayed my high level of concern about them getting inside. About 30 minutes later he called back and said he would come anyway - it was clear that he considered my peace of mind important. He showed up and treated them while it was still raining. He told me to keep an eye on them - that sometimes it takes two treatments. A few days later I called and told him there was still activity and he came back that evening and treated again. I then left for 10 days and when I returned there was no more activity. Noah was always very friendly, and courteous. I have in the past used his company for termite inspections but this was the first time I had met Noah.

My RE agent arranged for Noah to do inspections on homes I was considering buying. The first inspection went fine but when I went to pay in cash he could not provide any change so I had to overpay pending a second inspection process. The second inspection a couple of weeks later was set for a specific time as set by Noah and the RE agent and agreed upon by me. Noah and his son showed up to inspect a small house on a slab a half hour early. The homeowner, who was supposed to be working, came home and quot;for lunchand quot; and was on the premises during the inspection process. As previously stated, I had this inspection done for my benefit only. I expected to be able to walk around with the inspector and listen to any comments he had. I did not expect the seller to have access to the inspector in my absence. When the RE agent and I showed up at the appointment time, the inspector was ready to leave. He was literally standing in the street about to get in his truck as I arrived. He stated he didn't and quot;see anythingand quot; and later emailed a standard canned report to the agent. I was very suspicious because the homeowner literally ran to her car because according to the RE agent she was not supposed to see me. I let the issue slide at that time. I closed on the house 3 or 4 weeks later. Two months after closing, I had a storm door installed but the doorjamb was damaged. It was at that point I could see the wood trim was patched and repaired. If one was looking for some sort of problem issue in the doorways, it was really easy to see this patch job. I just never got down there to look but I assume the inspector would have done so. My RE agent said the inspector would not return unless I had the storm door uninstalled first. I made arrangements with another inspector to view the problem area and he said the first inspector should have seen it and also should have seen water damage to the wood posts on either side of the garage door and reported both of these issues to me. Who knows what Noah was looking at? Obviously he was not looking out for my best interest even though I was the customer.
Description of Work: In anticipation of purchasing a home, I hired Noah via my RE agent to inspect homes for evidence of pests (especially termites). These inspections were for my own benefit and paid for out of my personal funds. An inspection was not required by my bank. In my county, it is standard practice for the buyer to pay for the inspection for obvious reasons.

He comes back sometimes free of charge if after a spraying I'm not satisfied. We sometimes have a particular problem with stronger stuff for our basement. He comes out without a problem. The price is good.

Punctual, professional, friendly and will be using them in the future.
Description of Work: Made every effort to come quickly as could get to on schedule. Just 4 days after calling. Sprayed whole house and outdoors. No smell was associated with sprays. We did have to get them to come back a week later for an additional spray as not completely gone but again they came quickly and sprayed areas that were still experiencing problems.

I have not yet encountered any troubles of any kind with the people who work for Noah s Pest Control. They come on a regular basis and do what they were hired to do. It is a pretty simple process so they do not take up much of my time. Half of the time you do not even know that they are there. I have no problems with them. Therefore I have no reasons to stop services.
