They cleaned all areas requested including ceiling fans.

Everything goes well. The kitchen looks nice and the bathroom looks clean.

When I came home the house "smelled" clean and I was asked to look around to make sure everything was done properly. It is kind of difficult to check out everything when you are being followed. I told them everything appeared to be fine. Appeared being the operative word. After they left we saw many things that had not been done. M guest room has a wooden antique canopy bed. The bed was not dusted. Many of the art frames were not dusted. The guest bathroom toilet was either only partially cleaned or not at all, the counter top and sink were not cleaned properly and the mirror was dirty. The large mirror in the dining room was not cleaned. Many of the picture frames were not cleaned. Lots of areas were not dusted. Also all of the cleaning supplies and equipment were supposed to be supplied. I had to give them a vacuum, mop , broom and dust pan. We have been looking for a reliable and proficient company to clean out house on a full time basis and I am very sorry to say that this company does not fit the bill.

It did not go well. I requested housecleaning service. Sam Said called me three times to confirm prior to the date of service - which I thought was a bit overkill. But, also appreciated the confirmation. Then - on the morning of service; called me to advise his cleaning people did NOT SHOW up for work. I gave them a second chance- and scheduled for Friday of the same week - the second time - no confirmation call after the initial appointment; and NO ONE SHOWED UP. No one called. I understand good - reliable help is hard to find. But a phone call would have been the right thing to do - instead of keeping me waiting for the service people to show up - which they did not. Please refund my payment of $59.00 and aggravation.

When they got here it was 2 house cleaners and they said they were going to be here for 2 hours. The wording on deal was confusing.

Two women showed up and started cleaning. One of them carried her purse under her arm the entire time they were here. We could see they were doing a quick job as we had to point out things and move chairs to ensure they cleaned under them. After they left, we found the following things they didn't do: Master bathroom floor not mopped and rugs not vacuumed or shook outside Master bedroom, nightstands not dusted, blinds not dusted, dresser not dusted, ceiling gan not dusted Living room fan not dusted, fireplace mantel where tv sits not dusted, coffee tables second self not dusted, lamps not dusted, black tile in front of fireplace not swept or mopped, debri still on floor in areas. Dining Room: the dining room table and chairs weren't dusted, nor was the light above the table or the grandfather clock Loft: tables beside couch still have a sticky residue on it, floor still has debri not vacuumed up, ceiling fan not dusted. Upstairs bathroom: The sink wasn't done as it had debri by the drain and the sink top not cleaned The stairs were not vacuumed Kitchen: Top of counter between dining room and kitchen not wiped. Top of refrigerator not dusted. coffee machine wasn't properly cleaned, and the sinks weren't done as they still had food in them from breakfast this morning. They moped the floors with a dirty mop. After they left, we moped the floors again properly. They didn't clean under the dog bowls and the floors still had spilled food on it in one location We chose this company based on the ratings. I don't know who cleaned the other homes, but it wasn't the crew we had today. We wasted on money on this cleaning and will not use them again.

This was the best house cleaning ever. The little things the ladies did above and beyond were exceptional. I have them coming back ever other week and Sam was so easy to work with to fit everything into my work schedule.

We seem to be having an impasse with these people. They were supposed to clean our house regularly and they were supposed to sign up with the insurance company I deal with but they didn't so we had a problem communicating with them. Their service cost sixty dollars for four hours and when two of them worked, they worked two hours and were paid thirty dollars a piece. They were very thorough and they did a multitude of different tasks like sweeping, cleaning, dusting decorating rugs, cleaning rugs. They were supposed to come back last week on Thursday and they were supposed to come back on Tuesday and Thursday but they never showed up. We asked them what the problem seemed to be and he said there was a problem getting paid by the insurance company.

Company cancelled cleaning appointment at 5pm the day before scheduled cleaning. This cleaning appointment was scheduled more than a week prior to the set day. After purchasing this service thru Angie's List (Big Deal Offer), I discovered multiple negative reviews online. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the scheduled cleaning with full expectation that my appointment would be honored as scheduled. The woman who called to cancel my appt (leaving a voice message) only offered to reschedule for "maybe" Friday or "next week sometime." The woman handed the phone to the owner when I asked why the late cancellation. The owner's response was apathetic and seemed insincere, stating that he can't make people appear out of thin air. Seriously? I do not recommend using this company!

They came in and got to work quickly. I was shocked at how much filth was left after our move but they got it all faster than I thought possible. They were so thorough we are planning a cleaning at my new home

They were hired to clean twice and on the first clean they did an excellent job. Sam listed out the extents of their services and was very professional. They were on time and worked through a big problem they had. On the second one, communication broke down and the work didn't get done though I made payment. Here's the history: I don't live in the house. In fact I live several hundred miles away from it. After the tenants moved out, I hired Moving and Cleaning Solutions to clean the house. We agreed to having it cleaned twice: once before the painters came in, and once after they finished. We agreed to a price of $200 total ($150 first cleaning and $50 second cleaning). Moving and Cleaning Solutions had a difficulty on the first cleaning. Moving and Cleaning Solutions was faced with the house not having water and heat available (during winter). :( This was most unfortunate for them and unintended by myself. I had the water turned on in my name prior to their arrival but a valve under the house was closed preventing water availability throughout the rest of the house. Solutions had to obtain and bring their own water for cleaning. Once notified, I told them about the possible valve and offered to have them return another day since they had no water. He declined and said they'd work through it. We agreed that the first cleaning charge should be increased and we agreed to an extra $50. In addition, the gas didn't work. I had an appointment made to have the gas turned on prior to Solutions arrival but the gas company would not turn it on because the water wasn't running to the water heater (for testing). The gas company did not notify me (just recorded it in their own records). I thought Solutions had heat but found out many weeks later they did not because of the issue at the gas company. I wish they had let me know. On the second cleaning, I sent Sam payment in the mail ahead of time and emailed him that's what I was doing. I told him to wait to clean until after he received payment. Solutions received payment and cashed the check, then I called to ask when he planned to clean the house. From this point on, I was never able to reach Solutions/Sam. I called about 3 or 4 times and left messages but never heard back. I gave them a D on responsiveness because of this second cleaning communication neglect combined with cashing the check for it but not doing the work. Sam, if you read this...I'm sorry again about the water and heat...both were unexpected and unplanned. Please pass that on to your people. Also, please be reminded that despite the difficulty, it's wrong to accept payment for business and not perform the work or communicate. You did a good job on the first cleaning.

It went very well. They did an excellent job! They were very professional. I highly recommend this vendor if you want to receive your full deposit.

They did a really good job. The usually send out two people. They are very professional. They come in and they do the job. They were pretty reasonably priced and they were responsive. They pretty much come on time.
