Steve always does a professional job He arrived on time, understood exactly what needed to be done an preformed the work without delay...

There were five broken lines in total, but they were not all apparent to begin with. Steve had to make several trips as successive breaks revealed themselves. He professionally uncovered the water lines to find the breakage, then cut out the break, cleaned the line and put in a bypass around the break. One sprinkler head was destroyed by sediment in the line resulting from the break, so he replaced that sprinkler head as well. We have called on Steve for several years now for routine maintenance and have been pleased. The most recent occurrence was in July, 2015 where we had a solenoid for one of the zones go bad. Steve came by promptly, diagnosed the problem and replaced the solenoid. We have been very pleased with Steve's service and would recommend him to others.

Great experience, and we'd ask Steve Nixon back in a heartbeat if we needed his service - but he fixed it right the first time! I had gotten his name from a trusted coworker who said he'd had great experience with Steve. I called him, and the first time I called, we weren't ready for the expense. He talked me through how to troubleshoot over the phone. It was almost a year to the day I first called him when we were ready for the repair. He came at the appointment time, right on time, and went through every detail with my husband and me. He sent the quote via mail and asked us to let him know when we were ready. We set up an appointment time and day, and he arrived on time. What was supposed to take him 3 hours on the estimate took him nearly all day (9:30-4pm), but he didn't charge us more labor than the estimate. He does great work, is very honest, and very patient with questions. The quality of his work really shines - you can see it in the smallest details, from how he left the grass when he finished to how to wrapped the cords on the controller box. There aren't many professionals like this in the business.

I was very impressed with Steve. He is a good guy. What I like the most about him is when he fixes something it is fixed right. We never had to call him back to re-fix anything. He cleaned up well after himself. He is also very reliable and dependable. I am not sure of the price range of the service.

We just moved into this home and the previous owners didn t explain to us how to use the irrigation system. When London Rain came out not only did they clean our sprinkler head they showed us how the system worked and how to maintain it ourselves. They were very honest and knowledgeable. I liked that they were able to explain what I needed to do next time.
