Ginger was my real estate agent and she took me through the process step by step and made it very easy to understand. It was great. I am a first time home owner and also work 3rd shift and these guys went above and beyond to work with my schedule and explain everything that comes with buying a house.

My experience with the Leanne Carswell Expert Real Estate Team was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable of the housing market and what I needed to set a realistic goal at for selling my home. She gave me more information about the housing market in my area, than any other realtor that I had worked with in the past. She stayed in constant contact with me the entire time we were selling the home. I was extremely impressed with the number of people she had looking at the house!! I think I had 5 or 6 showings the first week, and they didn't stop until we sold the house. I had put my house on the market before with other realtors and none of them were able to sell it, but Leanne SOLD the house for the price we needed and in under 3 months of putting it on the market. Once again if you are looking to sell your home I would definitely recommend using Leanne Carswell and her team!!

She worked with us for over a year as we planned our move. She was extremely attentive to what we were looking for. I couldn't count the number of weekends she spent with us looking at homes we thought we were interested in. When it came to crunch time and we had to find a home, she helped us find the home that met all of our desires in our price range. Lorraine was always very prompt in answering phone calls and e-mails. Leslie the closing coordinator was also very helpful. I was very pleased with the service that they provided to us. The only reason I put the zero down for cost of service is because her services were paid for by the seller.

I called Tosha Justice from Florida and told her my needs, She not only was there for me to help me with the process but at times she was my eyes and ears for the inspection. I couldn't be there for the inspection and I feel that she went far and beyond to help my brother get the home he wanted. We have our closing date and I'm planning on going up and close and move my brother into his apartment. so excited. Gina :)
