She was very accommodating from day 1! She made sure to get us in as quickly as possible to get the process started and explained everything in terms we could understand! Due to mine and my husbands schedule, we had to see homes later at night and Mandy never said anything about us keeping her out every night of the week. We saw a bunch of homes in a couple weeks time and she was very professional and got us into every home that we wanted to see. It took a little while but that was the market and not because of Leanne's group. They did a great job at marketing, keeping me posted, and showing the place. I asked LeAnne and her team to help me sell an estate property in Taylors. It was a difficult sale because I am in Chicago and unable to be there to deal with day-to-day issues. In short, they minimized the amount of time I needed to contribute. As other posters note, they were always responsive to my calls and emails. We are in closing now and got what I believe is about the best price we could. We had a contract on the house in one day. The offer was acceptable. The call center set up appointments for inspections, etc. They assisted with a closing coordinator who was very helpful. I have used Mandy Justice several times in my real estate transactions, and just love her! She is warm & friendly, and better still- accommodating & efficient in her work as a real estate agent! She has been very patient with us over the years, especially when we were looking for housing (and had very specific needs). The staff at the office is also great too.
